I had an after hours emergency. They responded extremely quick and went above and beyond. The staff is friendly and fixed my issue! Aspen dental is a fantastic place with amazing people!

Great experience with cleaning/exams/X-rays. Everyone was very nice.

Absolutely no complaints! I went in there in the morning with a toothache and they were able to fit me in the schedule the same day which is awesome seeing I was a new patient. They were kind, friendly, caring, and made the process a breeze. Oh and Alan I love you man. You and the nurse that treated me made the process a breeze and I thank you for that!

The staff at Aspen Dental are not just professional, they are also very kind and friendly as well. As someone who has many issues with my teeth, I never felt for a second during my visit that they were looking or talking down to me and when they realized that my immediate issue was only going to require a simple extraction rather than a surgical removal, they instantly notified me and changed my bill to match. I will definitely use them in the future.

This post is for the Aspen Dental located in Rochester Minnesota. My visit was on 1/22/2021. This is my worst experience at a dentist ever and it is not even close. The staff talked to me like I was 5 years old the entire time using a baby voice like tone with me. I went in for a teeth cleaning covered by my insurance for free and Lamar and the doctor I was able to see tried to sell me a treatment that was extremely expensive and also unneeded by myself. I kept trying to say that all I wanted was my free cleaning but they would not take no for an answer, attempting still to sell me various things. When they finally figured out that I would not be handing over any money any courteousness that was present quickly disappeared. On top of all of this my doctor, whos name is Lolita Hicks, was extremely late and told me "not to tell anyone about this". She never ended up giving me any type of treatment or care. All she gave me was a sticker and a lollipop. I am an adult man. She then proceeded to talk down to me and tell me that I looked like I was still in high school. When I responded to her saying I was 23 years old she responded saying "oh you are still in high school. I have never seen the lack of respect that I saw at this office. The lack of care about actually helping the patient was evident. It was all about money for everyone I talked to besides the receptionist. Lamar, the office manager, attempted to get me to hand over 400+ dollars before anyone even explained to me what I would be paying for or why. They then tried to tell me that I wouldn't be able to get my teeth cleaned without this expensive treatment first, which I then figured out by the end of my visit that this was a clear lie as they then scheduled me a different appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I spent an hour and a half hear and did not even get my teeth cleaned. It was a complete waste of my morning and I will never come back or recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

This was my initial visit. I was very impressed with the atmosphere and everyone was friendly. The doctor was very patient, answered my questions, eliminated a lot of my fears. I was surprised how quickly they made appointment to start treatment. I needed new dentures and partials, I thought it would take weeks. No, my first appointment was the following week, and my dentures, etc., were to be made right there. So I could have them 1-2 weeks. I was told that they guaranteed the fit and my satisfaction or I got my money back! I’m 70 years old and no dental office has given me that kind of reassurance! I’m hoping that I continue to have positive experiences as I start the treatments.

The staff are super friendly and professional, and they answered all my questions. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I am a new patient and had requested a cleaning, but the first appointment was essentially just x-rays and checking gum health. I was expecting to do everything in one day, but the cleaning is a separate appointment. I do appreciate knowing how much it will cost before I go back in, though. I'm not sure if in the future appointments will be all in one because I won't be a new patient anymore or how that works, but I did have a good appointment for what it was.

Terrible!!! Frequent rotation of providers and staff. Horrible accounting practices. They appear to have no ability to follow up on insurance claims nor much interest in doing so since they have already been paid by the patient.
Dental services are adequate.

Doctor Nye is my absolute favorite! All the staff members are so friendly and caring! I’ve never been more appreciative of all of you at Rochester Aspen. Thank you all for being the best especially Mr.Nye himself! All of the women who assisted him also kept me all entertained! Amazing ❤️

Horrible. 4 trips in to deal with pain, each time they would tell me they fixed it I’d go home and the pain would return. Now I’ve had the permanent crown places and the same pain is there. I asked several times are you sure I don’t need a root canal and each time was told no. Now I will have to pay another dentist to do what they should have done all along. Essentially I have paid for this tooth twice.
