I am in town from out of state for appointments at the Mayo Clinic. I unfortunately had a tooth that was acting up and called to get an emergency appointment. The team at the front desk helped me get in to the office in between appointments, and Jessica actively reached out to get me in sooner. The clinical team could not have been more understanding and helped me come up with solutions to help reduce my pain while I was in town. Highly recommend, and so appreciative.

I have pretty bad anxiety about seeing the dentist. One of the hygienist, Autumn, has been doing such an amazing job helping me get through the appointments and feel less anxious about it.

I had pretty bad jaw pain for the past two weeks and everyone was so nice in fitting me in ahead of time and making sure I got the care I needed. Dr. Langton-Yanowitz and Alexis were fantastic at listening to my concerns!! Highly recommend! :)

Dr. Sonya is always great about explaining things and telling me all the options I have in regards to additional care I need. She had been great when completing my fillings despite my troubles getting and stay numb.

I have been going to Blue Sky for a few years now, and I have never once been disappointed. Like most people, I see them for routine cleanings and exams, but they also have done an amazing job on my front four upper teeth with cosmetic work (crowns). As you can rightly assume, the nerves and expectations are pretty high when the most noticeable part of your smile is being created by other people. I gotta say, my smile is still going strong years later, and everyone at Blue Sky has played a role in maintaining it. As for yesterday’s visit, in particular, I feel like I was heard, and questions were answered thoroughly with my best interest at the forefront. Blue Sky has never suggested services that I didn’t need for the sake of profit. I’ve never been never be surprised with a charge for services provided as they are very transparent by providing estimates prior to the appointment, and immediately after there is a change in the plan. Yesterday was supposed to be a routine clean + exam, but once we noticed the glue on my bonded wire retainers had worn off on a couple teeth, it was addressed by altering the plan so we could get those areas repaired & agreeing to the charges for replacing the glue. (Again, very transparent with charges) I will also say that they are excellent about staying on schedule. I’d also note that when I show up for my appointment, I never have to occupy myself for long before getting called-in for my dental service.
I’d love to give an honorable mention to Cody, my Hygienist for yesterday’s visit. He was super friendly (as EVERYONE is at Blue Sky - no lie) and went above and beyond by warming the rinse-water for my sensitive teeth.
I also want to give a THANK YOU to ALL STAFF at Blue Sky - because I never know whom I will be assigned to, but because they are ALL so friendly and personable, I am confident every visit will be a good one. (the massaging chairs don’t hurt either). And the staff at the front desk are always on-top of the plan going-in and changes that occurred, so check-out is a breeze. (I hope you get a chance to read this!…so if you do…THANK YOU ALL FOR A GREAT VISIT!!! )
