Blue Sky Dental

Unprofessional and terrible new family/customer experience. I was turned away for a simple cleaning because I did not want to pay out of pocket for x-rays, when we were just told by the same office a few days prior that we only needed x-rays every 5 years. I had them taken 3 years ago and provided them for the office days in advance of my appointment. My insurance only covers them every 5 years, which is standard.
I spent a week providing their office their 3 different requests to provide documentation and approval to get me past x-rays. The lady at the front desk made me feel terrible that I could not afford the x-rays as I am getting married in 3 weeks. Her solution was to wait until my insurance pays for it which she had told me 5 min before would be in 2 years. How is that a solution to getting my teeth cleaned for my Wedding?
I also made sure to indicate in writing that I have dental anxiety and only wanted a cleaning, so not informing me ahead of time that they required x-rays or they would not see me was not "Do No Harm".

I also took a half day off of work to show up to this terrible experience.

I had a great experience with Autumn at Blue Sky Dental! She did an excellent job with my cleaning (gentle enough, thorough job) and was so friendly and informative during the appointment! Highly recommend this office.

Always have a really awesome experience at this dentist office and all of the staff are very kind! Alexis was kind and thorough as usual and all of the dentists are awesome too. As someone who is new to the area, I’m very glad I chose to establish care here.

Alyssa was the dental assistant for me on fri for 3 hours & again today for four hours. I had a lot of teeth worked on (by two of the dentists). Alyssa was so bubbly and calm and would make me laugh. I already recommended y'all to family and friends. Such an amazing environment 👏 🙌 I've always joked that getting my teeth cleaned was like a mani/pedi but in your mouth I just never thought I'd find a dentist that also has massagers build into the chairs. Definitely 5 stars!!!

The dental care I have received at Blue Sky Dental is A+. I had Alyssa today as a dental assistant/tech and she was very positive and kind throughout my exam. Dr. SonjaMae is an exceptional dentist and is also very kind. Cayley helped set me up for my upcoming appointments for dental work and she was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you want a high level of expertise, quality, and compassionate care go to this dental clinic. Highly recommend.

My dentist worked with me on a cosmetic issue until I had the exact result I wanted. I also had a cavity filled. It was painless. The entire staff was very kind and professional.

I had a great experience!! My hygienist Cody did and excellent job explaining the procedures he was doing and what he was looking for in my x-rays. The doctor Stephen was also very friendly and professional when explaining procedures and gave me a wonderful preventative measures. Overall I had an excellent experience and look forward to my next appointment in 6 months!

Autumn always does a great job! She makes you feel very welcome, and a great person to talk to! She is very professional and would highly recommend her!

Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dentist. The staff were all so friendly and Alexis’ positive demeanor truly made the difference in making it go from great to excellent!
