Very disappointed in the service I just got from Brenda over the phone. She answered as if i was bothering her by calling , she was very short. I was trying to schedule a routine visit , and I understand clinics get busy and appointments fill up fast. I thought it was unprofessional to tell me space is limited because an employee is out on maternity leave. I listed about 6 days that I had open , and none of the days worked out.
If she had been more pleasant to talk to over the phone , I would have put my name on the call back list. She also did not even try to keep me as a customer when I said I would look else where. You guys must have a lot of faithful patients because she did not seem worried to let one go.

Awesome staff! Everyone has always been extremely friendly, and the appointments go quick. They were even great working to calm my 3 year old's anxiety and he ended up loving it! They know what they're doing here.
