The orthodontist is good but since we moved it has taken so long to get our actual records transferred to our new dentist. On the general dentistry side of you are not the first appointment of the day you will be there for at least 90 minutes for a basic cleaning and exam. I should have never taken my kids here. Even after leaving them, it’s still a headache.

does not require masks like they claim they do! drove all the way there from gautier! and the woman behind the counter with her mask pulled completely down as a chin warmer, assured me they do require masks! really?! While I'm looking at her with no mask over her face!!!!! This place is a joke! And false advertised as requires masks and temp checks!

Plz for the love of God don't go here, I went 2 days ago and the dr tom was the dentist. All he was supposed to do is pull a tooth out, I was in tears when I left . He was so bad mannered to me and to the staff. He was so bad I had to have stitches. He drilled a hole so deep. I've had wisdom teeth pulled out and never experienced nothing like this . This man has no business around ppl

This place is so disappointing. The wait times are ridiculous. My child's dental appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and it's an hour later and she still hasn't been seen. She has an appointment on the ortho side at 4:00! I guess that won't be on time either! The office is always like a darn zoo! You would think it was a daycare or even worse Chuck E. Cheese with all of the kids running around in there with their parents doing nothing. Today will be my child's last dental appointment with this nightmare of a place and when her braces come off we will be completely done with them.

Appointment was at 11:30am to get my wisdom teeth extracted, I'm currently still waiting to be called back to start the procedure and it's 2:50pm! Cannot believe how long the wait is here!! I should have left but I felt like getting this pain taken care of was more important that my wasted time. 😕 Not sure if I'll ever come back after this terrible wait time!

I totally recommend Sunnybrook Dentistry! they filled all my cavities precisely within a great time frame and no issues! Today, I went to get my braces done and the front desk lady, Ms. Stephanie , was very kind and had a warm welcoming personality! Mrs Tiffany did a phenomenal job as well! I had minimum pain with my installments and I’m so happy with the results of braces!!

It's a very nice place but they don't answer when u call I have been calling for the past two days because the metal wire on my daughter's braces fell off one of her brackets and we have called tons of times and left many voice mails yet we haven't been called back.

Tried to call and schedule appt they never answer the phone, left a message, they didn’t call me back. Scheduled appt online and they switched the time without notifying me until the day of! Will be finding a new dentist 🙄

This place is just unprofessional. I've been on the on call list for almost 2 months for the oral surgeon. I have called several times for them to tell me the schedule isnt up. Just to have the lady call me today for something completely unrelated so I asked her about it and he is there today if I want to come. It 3 o'clock in the afternoon and I have to work in 2 hours. This is the sloppiest dentist EVER. Even as Kool Smiles they are also. I will DEFINITELY be moving my kids and I somewhere else.
