All the ladies were incredibly sweet don’t get me wrong, but I understand why the reviews were so low. The waiting room was packed, we waited about an hour past our appointment time to be seen. Between cleaning and actually seeing the dentist was another 20 minutes and he only saw her for about 2 minutes. The dentist walked off without telling anyone we were finished so we sat until someone noticed. No one mentioned anything to me about future appointments, if everything looked okay, I was just asked to sign a piece of paperwork and that was it. There was a bug crawling on the wall behind me in the actually exam area. It just seemed as though the office was overbooked and far too busy.

I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. I’ve been trying to call them for so long and they will not pick up. As you can see by all the other bad reviews this is not the place you want to go to.

My daughter, Dory, had a wonderful experience. Alex, the Ortho Manager was the best. Also, the Ortho Assistants were top notch. Would highly recommend!

I would give zero stars if I could. This has to be the worst dentist office on the coast. The ortho side is better, not the best but better. I can’t wait to get these braces off of my son teeth so I can be done with them all together.

The orthodontist and his assistant are awesome. The office personnel are not. There were literally 3 people in the waiting area. 20 minutes after our appointment time I was asked to fill out paperwork for covid. Then another 5 minutes asked to take our temp. 4 people that came in after us were seen in this time period. Ridiculous...

Dr Tom is fantastic the staff is really great. I would love to give this place 5 stars but the wait times is a bit excessive. Other than that no complaints.

Not sure why one hygienist is working on 3 or more children by themselves. This would explain why the wait time is so long. I have been here for one hour now and only one of my children is done with their cleaning. The front desk seems to run smoothly but not enough to make up for the lack in the back. Will be finding another dentist.

I’ve been attending this facility well over a year now for Ortho work. I must say that Dr.Wolfe does a wonderful job I’ve been serviced by him for years even after he moved I travel 60 miles for his service. He is humble, reliable, and friendly. Thank you for your services Dr. Wolfe.
