I recently had a tooth implant placed by Dr. Fincher and Dr. Davis. Both Dr. Fincher and Dr. Davis are extremely knowledgeable and have great bedside manners. Dr. Fincher is by far the gentlest dentist I have every been to and ensures your comfort throughout the entire procedure as well as once you leave the office.
Dr. Davis assisted him during my visit there and Dr Fincher taught him how and why he takes certain steps during the procedure to help minimize my discomfort, decrease swelling and decrease the risk of infection. Based on my past experiences with different dentists I have to believe that it is the steps he took that caused me to not have any swelling and to have no discomfort with such an invasive procedure. Even after the numbing wore off, I was able to manage the small amount of discomfort I had with Motrin.
I have also had my teeth cleaned and a filling done in their office both of which were also great. As a mom of 3 who works and goes to school full time, it is important for me to get as many things done in one place at a time. Having a dentist who can do cleanings, orthodontics, fillings, implants and everything in between for my entire family saves us a lot of time and money. The atmosphere in their office is very inviting and every member of their staff is friendly and seems to love their job.
I have recommended many other military spouses to Dr. Fincher and will continue to do so as he is by far the best dentist I have had.

First, I want to mention that the dental technician and dentist did a good job with cleaning and checking my teeth. My only complaint with them is that they didn't offer me a fluoride treatment.
However, the office workers were HORRIBLE. They messed up with my insurance number, and instead of calling to tell me that they couldn't find me in the system to make a claim, they sent me a bill in the mail. I had asked them several several times before the appointment and immediately after to make sure that i am covered and that my insurance went through. I wanted to be prepared and make sure that i didn't owe anything. But they lied to me.
I had to call back and forth between them and my insurance company to figure out why it didn't go through, because I am insured and have been paying for it. I even called the dental office to make sure that the information i gave them was correct. It was correct and they tried again, but they still said I wasn't insured or found in the system to make a claim. BUT my insurance told me that I am in the system and that the dental office hasn't sent them a claim for my insurance to process and pay. But the office workers were still insisting that we were wrong and that it wasn't their problem. Turns out that even when i told them my correct info, they put in my husbands benefits number, NOT MINE! And that was the reason why I wasn't found in their system for insurance claims......The worst part was that they were defensive and made it extremely difficult on me to figure out what THEIR problem was.The dental office workers did not apologize and were rude about the situation in which they were in the wrong for. It took several months for that to be fixed. That was my first and last time going to Bright Smiles. HORRIBLE, just horrible.

I had an appointment Friday 1/27 at noon. I didn't receive a reminder that week about the appointment so I called Friday morning when they opened to make sure I still had my appointment at noon. They said they tried to reach me to confirm the appointment that week (I didn't have a missed call or voicemail from them) and since I didn't confirm they gave my appointment to someone else. I have 3 kids 3 and under and had childcare lined up already so it is really disappointing that they just cancelled my appointment without speaking to me. We will be changing dentists.

Super service combined with Katie's conversation RE: our FAVORITE SUBJECT ... our "Brother" Jesus. [1st two words of the Lord's Prayer ... OUR FATHER makes Jesus a brother]. Felt as if I'd been "touched by an Angel." Mom said "Don't go wishing your life away" ... when I'd be anxious for Christmas [ Jesus' birthday !! ] to get here. ... Nonetheless, c'mon next six month check-up !!!

When you walk into the door they Greek you would a hello, can we help you, and after they get your information from you. You're called in to be treated for what you came there for, with respect, kindness, and care. They try to make you feel comfortable doing your visit, while they taken care of you. I give them A 10, and Recommend them to Everyone.
