My experience was absolutely awesome. My anxiety was through the roof and my nerves were on edge at the thought of getting a tooth pulled. However, it was the caring staff the soothed my anxiety. The dentist made sure I was pain free ( best as she could) and others literally wiped away my tears as I got an extraction. The patient care made the extraction experience awesome, along with the anesthesia 🙂. I must’ve said Thankyou a million times leaving! Best care I’ve probably ever received from medical professionals

The service was great or shall I say DIVINE! (Just don't use the blue toothbrush in the little baggie. I thought that I was going to use a softer toothbrush this morning and almost died, when I couldn't get the loose bristles out of my mouth. I think a swallow half the toothbrush! Lol!)

The wait time was short. The staff shared their knowledge of the procedure which eased my concerns. Tooth extractions can be taxing, however the professionalism the demonstrated made a positive difference. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

My experience here at Divine Dentistry is the worst. It has been 12 months since my teeth was distracted and I still don't have teeth that fit. I am still throw up and getting sick and fast loosing my facial features. When I asked about getting implants no one knew or had any information about implants. And before pulling my teeth nobody asked me whether I wanted implants or dentures. The lady that fitted my dentures didn't know anything about implants. The man that made the dentures, had 20 years under his belt, said I should not have a problem; however, I had many problems then and now. Should I go back or go some where else???. More to come....

They seem like really nice people, but they lacked necessary patient communication. I went in expecting fillings to be completed, but I received x-rays, an exam and a very pricey cost sheet for fillings instead. The cost was 3 times what my dentist back home quoted me.
The exam and pricing was an hour long process because they were trying to load the records from my dentist into their system. They had my records for two weeks prior to my appointment.
When I called to make the appointment, I specifically asked for an appointment for fillings and had my dentist send the records and x-rays so they would be prepared for my visit. I asked if that was a problem and was told it was not. I spoke/email/text no less than 10 times with the office and was never told the exam needed to be completed first. I would have been okay with it had they told me. They just never said that was what was going to happen.
Communication with patients is key...from the front desk to the dentist.
