I’ve been going to this office since I moved on the coast a few years ago. My treatment started off satisfactory but the last 2 years have been less than. I continued to go out of support for a black female business but after today I am done. I went to have my wisdom tooth removed and it was a very complicated tooth I will admit. But the procedure was horrific and I felt way more pain than pressure. The dentist tugged and pulled on that tooth for at least 45 minutes. The instruments slipped several times and would hit the roof of my mouth or the side of my jaw. Not one time did she say “sorry” or “are you ok”. Not one time did I get an update of what’s going on or just a simple
“We are almost done, we are having some difficulty”. All I received was continuous pulling and tugging with no let up. At one point I simply asked
to just give me a second and her response was “well we can’t wait long because the anesthesia will wear off” no empathy or question to WHY I simply asked for a slight minute. After the tooth was FINALLY removed the dentist was feeling the bone to make sure she got it all. But during the process she gagged me. So my only reflex was to move her hand. I told her why but she was upset because I moved her hand. Yes, I understand that that’s dangerous IF you had an instrument in your hand. But I was GAGGING! After the procedure the dentist left. She was so busy “reprimanding” me for removing her hand out my mouth she didn’t give me any info on how good or bad the procedure went. She didn’t tell me anything pertinent I may have needed to know post procedure. Another lady came in gave me a post-surgery paper and sent me on my way. Since then
I’ve googled what to eat or not eat, what to do or not do following surgery. And also my friends
have given me good advice. That is education I should’ve received in office. This office has potential but they need to work on their bed-side manners with patients and also communicate properly with the patient. Needless to say today was my final straw. I’ve had a lot of dental work done before. Even had braces and 4 teeth were pulled at one time prior to getting them and have NEVER experienced then what I did today. I really hope this office take the time to read reviews and take heed to what patients are saying and make corrections. I won’t be back!!

Staff was super nice and helpful. They fixed my problem. The only issue I really had was that when I got my tooth pulled the anesthesia wasn’t in effect and it was the worst pain I’ve ever felt

Went in for a few fillings for a few cavity that were not causing any pain, came out with horrible pain and the fear I’m going to need it redone or another root canal (After they already said it wasn’t too bad for a root canal). Not to mention that they forced my mouth open after I told them my Jaw was locked and in severe pain. I still have a appointment scheduled so I hope this one goes better but at this point it feels like being Sentenced for a crime I didn’t commit. My review might change if next service is good but the last one was horrific and made my situation worse

My granddaughter had to have numerous fillings. She has had 3/4 vists🤔.
She has had trouble with one side that was done first...still having problems!
They said she needs her wisdom teeth out..not from here!! She never saw Dr. Davis!! So who did her teeth??

I needed a tooth pulled but didn't want or need to hear about all the things I should have done thus far with my teeth. I am 48 and probably a little late to become an endentured servant to pay off all of that. Either way there was no pressure except want was exerted on my tooth. Thank You very much.

They are like family. They always ask how u been and how u feeling. They know what they doin and don’t have u waiting all day. I got 6 fillings the other day and they didn’t hurt like I thought they would. Thank you so much

I saw Dr. Braddy and she was wonderful! Her staff is so upbeat and friendly! They provided fast service and considering I had chipped a tooth, Dr. Braddy got me fixed up and you can't even tell that it was chipped. She gave me my confident, beautiful smile back! She has great "bedside" manner, performs work quickly, not to mention her office is extremely clean and well-decorated. Thanks Divine Dentistry!
