When I first walked in the environment was clean, smelled good and the front desk staff welcomed me in. Once I got to the back, I was greeted, got scans done and was sent to Racheal. She was so amazing, this was my first time coming and I already liked Rachael. She had a bubbly attitude, energetic personality and very informative in what she was doing. Then Mrs. Catherine came in, she was awesome as well. They went over my images, discussed what was needed and see what was the best options for me. She discussed all procedures that needed to be done and was very detailed about it as well. We set up payment plans for my procedure. Like stated, this was my first visit and it has blown me away. I will definitely be coming back and I have found me and my family a new dentistry to call our own.

All staff was very friendly and Dr Sledge was knowledgeable and explained everything. She made sure I didn’t have any questions. Honest dentists and hygienists. Low wait times, you actually get seen at your appointment time. Usually in and out in an hour for your routine cleaning/fluoride varnish/dentist exam. Reasonable if you have insurance. Personally pay $20 for fluoride varnish to reduce cavity risk, and about $20 for prescription strength fluoride toothpaste because my enamel is so thin and I am high risk for cavities in general. Dr. Carter was the first dentist to ever tell me that I clench my teeth in my sleep (other dentists in the past never even brought it up or warned me, and this was confirmed by an ENT) They always remember me here and we pick up conversations from last time. Great dentist office, would recommend any of the dentists there.

Drs. Carter and Sledge have an amazing, first rate practice. I can't imagine that there's any better, anywhere. They have the most high tech equipment there is, and Dr. Carter is the best dentist I have ever had. He is a true perfectionist, and from my experience with him, he gets an A+++. Dr. Sledge is also wonderful, but I have primarily been treated by Dr. Carter. The dental assistants and hygienists are also amazing!!! There's never any pain with this group, at least none that I've experienced. I have referred several people to them, and they have all had rave reviews as well.

Dr. Sledge was fabulous with our 2 week old that had tongue tie. She explained the procedure thoroughly, showed us exercises for post op care, arranged close follow up and even gave me her cell number in case of issues. Highly recommend!!

I hate the dentist due to the sounds and grinds heard however Carter Sledge is the best at it!!!!! They make you comfortable, calm, and feel like a member of the family. Dr Carter tells the best “dad” jokes and walks you through every process with ease. The ladies in the office are AMAZING and the entire staff makes you not want to skip an appointment!!
