I really like Dr. Carter. However, the billing person is inept. They owe me $952 but are billing me $298! I paid in full at my visit. But then my insurance paid a portion after all. She also charged for a procedure that was not performed. I guess I will have to hire an attorney now she is threatening me with collection.

My experience with Carter Sledge Family Dental was amazing from start to finish! I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, and they were extremely helpful about what needed to be done to take care of my teeth during my first appointment, in setting up follow-up appointments, and they gave me a complete breakdown of the costs/estimates with and without insurance in my bill. Highly recommend them!

I was set up to get Braces and needed a cleaning so I ran across this office and they let me come in as a walk-in with no problem, then find out that I needed more work done to my teeth before my braces and that the last dentist office didn’t tell me this information. If it wasn’t for Carter Sledge Family Dentistry I would’ve been messed over with my braces and more! Thank you Carter Sledge Family Dentistry Love you guys!!!

Dr. Sledge is a wonderful dentist and truly cares about her patients. I called today with a painful tooth, and she stayed late to take care of me. She did an excellent job calming my nerves and numbing my mouth. I didn’t feel any pain during the root canal or filling, and my mouth felt so much better after she was done. I’m so thankful she took the time to fix my tooth on such short notice. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

For months my little one struggled with speech therapy and eating. We finally went to a speech pathologist that believed my little one had a tongue and lip tie. I think often we don’t want to think anything is wrong with our kids and it will fix on their own but boy am I glad we listened. We went to Dr. Sledge and her entire team are kind and considerate. We drove from Memphis, TN to see her and immediately felt welcomed when we went through their front doors and not like a number. We went to the back and were evaluated and were educated about the whole process. They went over and beyond caring for my little one and I would recommend them over and over again. My son got his tongue and lip tie done yesterday and immediately after I could noticeably see a difference. He drank his bottle with ease, ate his food for dinner without struggling and has been in a great mood even after the procedure. If you’re looking for somewhere who will treat you with care, I highly recommend them. 10/10
