They allied all of my fears and concerns. They did a great job. The entire team was very pleasant. I do need to get more procedures done. As a registered nurse for over 47 years, you learn what defines an outstanding medical professional. It could be that he or she is an outstanding diagnostician; or perhaps have a superb bedside manner; or advanced training and education beyond that which is required.
I’ve met many of those in my lifetime. But the ultimate in my humble opinion, is the desire to teach the patient both care AND prevention; educate them in the disease process, so they can return to their world prepared and knowledgeable. Incredibly, this practice has it all. But it is not by accident. After several visits it is apparent these folks have been hand selected and trained exquisitely. Incredible dental practice !!! A special shout out to both Rachel and Dr Carter AND front desk staff who found my CIGNA dental insurance online in just under about 2 minutes. No card no policy number no group ID!!!! I knew I had it I just have never found it LOL

Dr. Sledge has been a wonderful asset in helping the kids I see in my speech therapy/feeding practice who are in need of tethered oral tissue releases. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in looking at the whole child when performing the frenectomies, and the parents of the kids I send to her have nothing but wonderful things to say about their entire experience with Dr. Sledge! I am thankful to be able to collaborate with her to help my clients with speech and feeding issues that are a result of tethered oral tissues.
