Roll out the red carpet folks, this has got to be the best dentist office in the south. First of all, the office itself, wow it is impressive. I'm pretty sure they hired Joanna Gaines to decorate, because it is tasteful, bright, and elegant. Next stop, the comfort menu options to enhance your trip to the dentist. (Pictured below*) I made an appointment for 1:00 p.m. and arrived at 12:45ish, because as a new patient I knew I would have a lot of documents to sign. At 1:03, I was seated in the hygienist's chair. Rachel, gently cleaned my teeth and took my x-ray's. She was completely pleasant and even complimented my oral hygiene (seriously girl, you made my day). After a quick and painless cleaning, she went to get the dentist. I don't know about anyone else, but usually this is the worst part of going to the dentist because I have waited ages for them to come, it never takes less than 30 minutes in my experience. Dr. Warner came in to check my teeth in about 3 minutes. She chatted, smiled, asked me about my life, and told me how pretty my hair was, (Dr. Warner you are an angel) and sent me on my way. I then went up to pay, always the most terrifying part of going to the dentist, and it was THE EXACT PRICE they said it would be on the phone...I could not believe it. Most places will undersell and then BAM, surprise by charging $100 extra. Not Warner Family Dentistry, they do not lie and they tell you your hair is pretty with a smile on their face. I left the office at 1:37, so everything took less than an hour...I couldn't believe it. Best customer service in Starkville history.

Dr. Warner and staff were great! They asked detailed questions to really understand my needs for dental care. I was referred to them and based on my first appointment, I'm glad that I received the referral.

Dr Warner and her staff make you feel like you are a part of the family when you walk through the door. She and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They make your dentist visit a breeze from the great care you get to the easy of setting up appointments that work for you. Great service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
