Warner Family Dentistry & MedSpa

I have been going to Dr. Warner for about a year and a half. The staff is friendly and dedicated to providing a good experience. With any work I've had done, I felt comfortable and well taken care of during the procedures. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Warner to those searching for a dentist. Based on my experience, I believe Dr. Warner and the staff will take good care of you.

I’ve been going to Warner Family Dentistry for years. I love going there. They are always very nice and easy to work with. On top of that, when I went this late time for my 6 month cleaning, I had my 3 week old daughter with me. It was getting close to time for her to eat again so she was getting kind of fussy. The ladies at the front didn’t think twice about getting her and taking care of her while I was getting my cleaning which was so awesome. Thank you ladies!!

My first time visiting and everyone was amazing from the front desk, the dental assistant or hygienist, to Dr Warner. You will not be disappointed! The office is very nice and very zen feeling!

I love the friendly atmosphere that Warner family Dentistry has. I feel as if I have been a client for years and it was only my second visit! The staff is very helpful and the office is neat, clean, and inviting. I highly recommend Warner Family Dentistry.

After booking my appointment 6 months in advance, I waited in the lobby for an entire hour seeing numerous patients walk in and be seen before me, all to be told it was because I didn’t reply to a text to confirm my appointment. Be mindful, I received 2 confirmation emails confirming my appointments 20 minutes before I arrived saying “See you soon!😀” They double booked my appointment and told me after an hour of waiting I wouldn’t be seen until they “found time” to see us. I work from 8-5PM every weekday and never had an issue in the past being seen for appointments. In fact, I plan my schedule accordingly each day and follow a strict schedule (as most businesses do). Had I been told this from the moment I walked in, I could’ve lived with a system error, but that wasn’t what was done. Today, I was highly disappointed with the service me and my daughter received, I don’t feel my time was valued, and I will not be returning to the office again!

Response to Owner: Your response is completely false! I have the proof that I replied to the textS your office sent my phone from 1 number for both me and my daughter’s appointment. How is it that I was told one was confirmed and the other was not? The texts came from the same number! Even if I send you the proof, that still doesn’t erase the damage done by YOUR staff! They did exactly what they wanted to do. Get their buddies in and hope I didn’t show up. But I did show up and everyone is failing to realize I scheduled 6 months in advance! How is it that after I show up, I’m still treated like I didn’t have an appointment. I’m happy to send the proof for YOUR records, but I still won’t be returning. Have a great night.

I have had several procedures with Warner Dentistry and have been very pleased with my dental care. Everyone is very polite, concerned and make sure I understand what procedure(s) they are doing that day. So far, I have not had any pain during and after their care. I highly recommend them for your dental care.
