Their Excellence is Remarkable! I have NEVER left a Google Review prior, but felt highly compelled in this case. I was scheduled for joint replacement surgery on Monday, late morning. Unfortunately, a back tooth started hurting immensely a few days earlier when offices are closed. It was a horrible weekend. So I took a random shot, and showed up at Wildhorse Dental, first thing, 7:30 Monday Morning. I brought my Surgical paperwork, to verify the impending surgery. I am fairly new to the area, and was NOT A CURRENT DENTAL PATIENT. However, they went into fire drill mode, and somehow re-arranged their busy schedule to get me in and take care of all of their scheduled patients! Unfortunately, the tooth was cracked laterally, which made the extraction extremely difficult. Dr. Larson, and his competent staffer, Mandi labored for nearly an hour to drill, chip, pull, push, cut, and, piece by piece, remove all of the highly embedded tooth and root system. I am not a Medical Professional, but I am not sure if all other Dentists can even perform a procedure as this right in their office, let alone under such duress? I was referred by family in the area, and will continue to see Dr. Larson. The cost was reasonable, considering to totality of the circumstances. If anyone is considering a new Dentist Office, Wildhorse may be near the top, or be the best and most comprehensive firm in ST. Louis? Very, Very Impressed!

Best. Dental team. Ever. I switched to them maybe 2 years ago and have had an excellent experience on every visit without exception. Anne at the front is always friendly and remembers me by name. Mandi is awesome and always has excellent conversation. And Dr. Earl is a master of his craft as well as just an all around fun guy to be around. His attention to detail when he did my filling really wowwed me versus other dentists in the past. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Dr. Larson is an excellent dentist, whose emphasis is on efficiency, quality, compassion, and care. He has provided fantastic service to me for over two years, but I am especially appreciative of my latest visit and can't thank him enough for his flexibility and understanding, in providing me an emergency appointment when I needed it most. One of my crowns (from another doctor, years prior) came loose, on a Friday night, and I had extensive international travel scheduled for Monday. Dr. Larson understood what an urgent situation this was for me, and he graciously arranged a weekend appointment, during which he saved and reseated my crown in under a half an hour, allowing me to continue with my international travel. Yet another easy, pain-free, customer-service-oriented visit -- and dentistry at its best!
