I loved Dr Marino and most the staff. Been going for years. Gwen is the reason he lost my family of 7. I won’t go back. She is not very good with resolving customer concerns. After I became upset I noticed others reviewed poorly because of her as well. Good luck keeping staff members that don’t know how to provide excellent customer service nor how to communicate kindly with empathy ... Not even mediocre. She is horrible. And doesn’t care she costed dr Marino lots of business.

Very friendly staff! Got real good treatment on my visits, very knowledgeable and Dr Marino makes you feel at ease and answers all questions asked!

Dr. Marino is the best dentist I have ever been to. He did a fantastic job repairing three broken teeth I had. You would never know to look at them that they had ever been broken! The rest of the staff that I encountered were all friendly as well. Pain management was excellent. I had very little discomfort. I highly recommend this dentist!

I am a new patient to Dr Marino and am very impressed with his skill as a dentist and the care he shows for his patients. He and all members of his practice performed professionally while making me feel quite at ease and in good hands.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over fifteen years. I received a bill for $36.80 which was not covered by insurance. I have two children who receive their normal checkups and dental work on a regular basis. Knowing I would pay the remainder of the balance during my next checkup for my daughter, I was waiting to pay the balance at that visit. I received a letter in the mail stating my account would be turned over to collections and the professional relationship between the dentist office and my family would be terminated. I immediately sent a check in the mail and contacted Gwen with my concerns. I attempted to explain to Gwen that I have spent thousands of dollars at their practice over the many years and have never missed a payment. The response I received was cold and obvious that this is no longer a passionate business who cares about individual families. All I can say is I was floored by the callous response I received. Looking at the other reviews I see that this seems to be a something that does not occur on a regular basis. After spending so many years at this dental office and being treated the way I was over $36.80, I will be finding another dental office that is more personal and friendly with long term customers who have spent so much money and has respect for their customers. I sure hope this was an isolated incident and no one else has to deal with the, in my opinion, callous and uncaring attitude of the business.
