As we all know dentist visits aren't the best experience for anyone. I just recently had 2 molars removed at Lance family dentistry. Dr Brad and his nurse were very nice people and definitely made my visit as comfortable as possible, getting teeth extracted is rough. I haven't been to a dentist in some time, but my experience with this office was great. Heck they they even have a TV on the ceiling to ease your mind. They are very affordable, fair and very easy to get along with. I would recommend Dr Brad Lance and his team to anyone. Thanks for reading this and I hope you make the same decision I did to use them as your own family dentist š

Everyone there was exceptional! I was made to feel comfortable and cared for. Both Dr. Lance and the hygienist were very interested in getting to know me personally, not just my medical history. I will definitely refer them to anyone I know.

This morning I went to Lance Family Dental for the very first timeā¦ Kristin greeted me with a smile immediately and made me feel right at homeā¦ Angela invited me back to the state of the art dental treatment room where she explained everything she was about to do. She respectfully included me in the discussion as she went through past dental care history, took X-rays, documented present condition of each and every tooth and the gums surrounding them. She handled my tendency to have a strong gag reflex very well compared to other hygienists and communicated well throughout the cleaning. Cheryl was also very kind while assisting Angela with putting information into the computer and again upon checking out at the reception desk.
I give high kudos to Dr. Bradās office staff and he of course was terrific when evaluating my clean as a whistle teeth post cleaning! Thanks so much for a terrific visit!

Had an appointment today to get a chipped tooth fixed and everyone was so incredibly helpful and professional. The lady at the front desk was so nice and the dentist and dental assistant walked me through the whole process of getting the tooth fixed and I even got to listen to music to help with the dental anxiety! Iāve had a lot of fillings and stuff done over the years but so far this place has been the nicest and most helpful.

I had a tooth break on me last week and they were able to get me in quickly. I was afraid Iād have get it pulled. The entire staff was amazing and Dr Lance made me feel at ease. Not only did I not have to get the tooth pulled they got me a temp crown and will have the new one in very soon. I highly recommend this place!

If I could give 1000 stars, I so totally would! I had a dental emergency, and was a new patient. I called them at 8 AM and was sitting in the dental chair by noon! I needed a crown, and walked out of there with the permanent crown completely in place and done, by 2 PM (they fabricate the crown and fire it, all in house!)! š³
āDr. Bradā as I have learned he likes to go by, took incredible care of me. I am about the most cowardly dental patient that exists, and he put me completely at ease. My hygienist, Angela, was exceptional! I have never had a more professional, thorough, compassionate hygienist in my life. Not only did she listen intently to my medical history, and explain every procedure that I needed to have done, but she even called me the next morning to discuss a way to make everything more affordable. Never have I ever had a hygienist follow up with me personally! Lance family dental has earned my business forever! And as an added bonus, they have the BEST goodie bag! š

I'm one of those rare persons that actually likes going to the dentist. Today I saw my favorite hygenist, Angela. She does a great job cleaning my teeth and always lets me know if I've been lax in cleaning my teeth. (I got a good grade today.š) The other staff are very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Brad Lance is great! I had my second visit with him today since he started in Festus. He is very friendly and professional. We have continued to use the office even though they aren't preferred on our insurance since the service is so great!

The staff has always been friendly and informative. I'd always seen Dr. Marino previously. Met Dr. Lance today and he is a perfect fit for the office. He took the time to listen and problem solve. Very thankful!
