This was my first time going to Jackson Family Dental and it was amazing!! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and talked me through everything they were doing. I would highly recommended if you’re looking for a new dentist office that has great service and is 110% patient oriented!

Paige is our Hygenist, and she’s the best! Always comfortable, never painful. Dr Jackson is great! They treat you like family! Everyone in my household goes here, and we’ve turned some of our family members on to them. Recommend their services a thousand times over!!!

Excellent experience! I was embarrassed because I hadn't been to a dentist in a while, but they made me feel comfortable. Both dental hygienist, Jennifer, and Dr. McCaul were so nice and knowledgeable. Their new office is beautiful with state of the art equipment, including massaging dental chairs.

This was my 2nd visit to the Jackson Dental today & as the first time there I wad treated with nothing but kindness.
Returned today for some discomfort in the tooth that was worked on during my 1st visit. They got me in immediately & took a look to see it was nothing major.
It only took Dr McCall a few short minutes to see the problem & used her little pick to remove something between my teeth. She gave me an RX for preventative measures & told me to contact them if not better.
To my disbelief & excitement within an hour it was much better & within 3 hours my discomfort was a thing of the past!
I love this office for their kindness,efficiency, & caring feelings for a new patient.

Have been going to Jackson Family Dental for as long as I can remember. I would highly recommend them to anyone new to liberty or looking for a new dentist. Had both Paige and Dr. McCaul for the first time today! They were both great!! Everyone here always makes you feel welcome/comfortable.

What a beautiful new building with state of the art equipment and happy professional employees and technicians! My hygienist Jennifer and Dr. McCauly were so kind, professional and friendly. Dr MCauly spent time explaining and discussing concerns and was very knowledgeable. Jennifer explained everything she was doing and going to do and seemed to be very intuitive about my needs from years of experience! They never struck me as “ looking for billable work” and because they wanted comprehensive info were very thorough even though my insurance wasn’t going to cover some X-rays, no charge to me.
Especially smart was that they have a screen on the ceiling so that the pictures they take of your teeth are right there in front of you and they can explain what they see and show you areas of concern as they explore around the teeth. That makes so much sense!
I’ve been telling my family members all about them! Highly recommend and can we talk about the view out the window facing the woods and golf course. The squirrels and blue jays are very entertaining !

Jackson Family Dental is amazing! The checkups are thorough with great hygienists. From the most simple procedure to the more complex, Dr. Jackson is far above any other dentist I have seen! He is current, if not surpassing, the technology available in dentistry.
