I don’t know where to start. I don’t ever leave reviews but I am making an exception with this place. I had a lot of cavities fixed and the whole process was smooth. I do have been struggling with some toothache afterwards due to some of my teeth being in weird positions (not his fault) and Dr. Jackson has been so understanding and willing to let me in any time I have needed to have my bite adjusted.
From the receptionist to the assistants, everyone here is just SO SO nice. I usually have issues with people understanding my Dominican accent and they aren’t always very nice, but at Jackson Family dentist they make me feel welcome.
Dr. Jackson is very kind, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Steven is the sweetest person and we talked about all kinds of things, specially food. Haha
He makes everything go so much smoother.
