Dr Kelly is great about scheduling. I barely ever have to wait, which is especially great considering I have two young children. He's personable and my kids do really well with him. Shout out to Kate, a fabulous Hygienist. Our whole family goes to Kelly Dental, and it feels good to support a small local dental practice.

Iv been there 3 times so far and everyone there has been excellent. The first time they took pictures and x-rays of my teeth and asked me what I wanted to work on first. Dr. Kelly fixed a couple of teeth that I was very ashamed of. I haven't really smiled in years. And as soon as I seen the work he done. I gave one of the biggest smiles I ever had since I was a kid. Just got 2 teeth taken out today (08-02-2021). And I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Absolutely wasn't expecting how fast and painless it was. Definitely the only dentist I'll ever go to from now on.

I have never experienced a dentist who exudes as much passion for their profession and the patient experience as Dr. Kelly. I have complex issues and I truly felt that Dr Kelly was just as committed to the outcomes as I desired, even if it meant more work for him. He is extremely meticulous and does not settle for a mediocre outcome, but seeks perfection. I truly appreciated the time he spent with me visually walking me through my treatment plan and ensuring all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I felt as if we were true partners in my oral health and aesthetic needs. Even after receiving not such good news from another necessary provider, he personally called me in the evening on several occasions to ensure I was okay and that I understood all of my options. His passion and commitment to his patients is hard to find, and I sincerely appreciate having him as my dentist. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the exceptional team he has cultivated. They are just as committed to providing exceptional care as he does. Truly, a one of a kind practice!

From the minute we walked in the office, we were made welcome. Everyone was friendly and caring. My son, who is 11, had an extraction today. Dr. Kelly explained everything clearly and in detail. Melinda provided excellent service with insurance questions and scheduling. She was very kind and caring. Sharon explained after care and what to expect, she was very sweet to my son. My son walked away with no fear of coming back, he said "Dr. Kelly was funny, nice, gentle and got the job done!'

I don’t usually write reviews but this is probably the best dentist’s office I’ve been to— going to the dentist is awkward and uncomfortable for many people but the staff and Dr Kelly really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. They are also very thorough and provided me with great information. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist in the Springfield area
