She makes you feel comfortable and calm by how laid-back, put together, positive and knowledgeable she is. She has a gentle touch, but gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Every staff member is good at reading the patient and figuring out how to make you more comfortable. For instance, the staff knew I was laid back and appreciated humor - so they were all witty and humorous to me, which made my experience great! He knows how to give a painless shot and his staff was there to hold my hand during the numbing process (I tend to get a little nervous!). Can't recommend him enough. Dr. Kelly is the best dental professional I have ever seen who when coupled with the wonderful team of dedicated staff makes Kelly Dental my recommendation to anyone who lives close enough to go there. I live an hour and twenty minutes from their office and gladly make the drive.
In so many dental offices you are just another patient, but here they know and care about my particular dental and financial situation. At first I thought the prices were a little high, but after realizing the level of care that they are providing and and the focus they place on overall health (not just filling holes) I would say this is the best value I have received at the hands of a dentist. If you are still concerned about cost they provide a dental savings plan that gives discounts that cover more than many insurance packages.
The skill and passion Dr. Kelly shows in his work is evident in every appointment and in his diligence in keeping up with the latest tools and technology to provide better diagnosis and treatment options.
