I'm honestly surprised with the amount of pride dr kelly takes in making sure everyone leaves satisfied. He and his staff went above and beyond, Even after a mix up and me getting upset not understanding the situation of how much time was needed for what I needed done. DR kelly reached out to me personally to make everything right and clear to me so I understood. Everyone I encountered there was very professional and kind. I was dreading to come in this morning because of the years that I’ve neglected my teeth. When I walked in it smelled sooo good & the environment was very clean & cozy. Omg alisa made me feel so comfortable & she was soo pleasant. I was very embarrassed cause I know I need some work done & she was just so encouraging & graceful. Today was THE day for a wisdom tooth extraction. The tooth got KO'd some months back and I finally decided to have something done about it. The procedure was actually quick and painless. The dental assistant made me feel very comfortable and was excellent. Dr. Kelly gave me so much information about my teeth and some issues I'm having.
