I have avoided dentists for many years since having a bad experience the last time and also not having insurance. I was still apprehensive but now had insurance so I decided to try again. Good decision! Everyone in the office was friendly and smiling and put me at ease. When I got in to see Dr. Schertzer, he was just as easy to talk to and had me relaxed in no time. I definitely will return and I recommend his practice to anyone nervous about sitting in a dentist's chair.

So happy I found this dentist! Their office staff, dental staff and the dentist get 5-stars from me! Being new to the area I had not established a new dentist yet. Through my insurance and looking at reviews online I chose this place and I am so glad I was led here. I had broken a tooth severely and Dr. Schertzer was amazing at handling what was bad situation. I had zero pain while he was removing it and he cared about how I felt through the whole process. The office staff is SUPER friendly and I even left with a smile after a tough situation. THANK YOU!!

Dr Schertzer was so incredibly nice, my whole experience here was phenomenal.

I absolutely despise going to the dentist, but when my wisdom teeth decided they wanted to brawl- I had no other choice. Being a new resident here in Oakville, I decided to try the closet office to my house, and let me just tell you, this place is lovely. The lady at the desk was very understanding and squeezed me in for an appointment that very day, and everyone there was extremely friendly. Dr Schertzer especially, he was amazing. Verdict: wisdom teeth needed removed, they made me an appointment the very next day. Altogether the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office and I will definitely be coming back (but hopefully not soon lol)

After being at the same dentist for over 30 years and having to switch due to his retirement, I was nervous! I originally had switched to another dentist down the road, however I wasn't impressed with the "factory" they have! I wanted a smaller office....Everything was great from the minute I walked in the door! Friendly staff, the hygienist was wonderful and Dr Schertzer was very personable! Very much appreciated the fact that on my first visit I wasn't told that I needed a bunch of work done like I was told at the other dentist down the road! Great experience!

When I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly and my appointment started on time. My hygenist was friendly and very efficient, taking as much time as needed to do a very thorough cleaning plus knowing my insurance benefits inside and out letting me know I was entitled to a preventive service I wasn't aware of at no cost to me. Dr. Schertzer was also very friendly, and thoroughly checked my teeth, taking extra time on one tooth especially to make sure all was ok. Highly recommend this practice!

Not usually one to enjoy the dentist but Aaron and his staff always make it an easy and somewhat enjoyable experience. It’s always nice to come in and be remembered by individuals who see multiple people!

He was great. He diagnosed the problem and took car of it with ease. I feel so much better. The office is very inviting and clean. I will definitely go back to him.

Was able to have a minor filling replaced same day as my routine check-up. Very convenient not having to return for a second visit.

The young lady attending me did a very good job...my teeth are sensitive due to root exposure but she did well. And of course Dr Schertzer was very nice
