I went here because I had a crown fall out that I needed to be replaced. The staff was friendly and that is the only reason for the 1 star. I was told I needed a deep cleaning because I had infections or something in my gums, and they were also going to charge me $4,000. After my insurance, I would have been responsible for $2900. After reading reviews about them over charging, I decided to go get a few other opinions. I went to 2 other dentists, none of which recommended a deep cleaning. They said my gums were fine. I also asked them how much if I needed the deep cleaning and not one of the was over $2k WITHOUT insurance. It would have almost been completely covered by my insurance. If you want unnecessary services and pay over double what any other local dentist would charge, this is the place for you!

I went in today for my first visit and the people in there were very friendly. I want to thank the front desk Shannon got my paperwork all ready to go and got me in quickly. Kyasha who was very nice and talk me through everything made me feel less nervous about being there. Brooke and Dr. Wolfe for going over a plan with me to fix my teeth. Lastly I want to thank Ashton for calling my insurance, and getting me an appointment that works with my schedule.

I have severe anxiety, mix that with dental problems and it is a disaster! Thank God my daughter recommended Aspen Dental. The whole team was wonderful. Shannon, Chelsie, Brooke and Keshia treated me with care, respect and no judgement. They helped me set up a reasonable payment plan. I really couldn't ask for more. My only regret is not calling them sooner. I highly recommend. 5+ stars. Thank you so much.

Everyone at Aspen was very kind and concerned about my well-being and comfort. I was extremely nervous about going to the dentist, but afterward, I found myself wondering why I had been so frightened. I had to have a broken tooth extracted and was amazed at how quickly Dr. Paturu and Bridget were able to remove it.
I would not hesitate to recommend Aspen Dental in Arnold to anyone needing any sort of dentistry.

I had a great visit. From Kaitlyn at the front desk, all the way to Jill in the back, these ladies were wonderful. Brooke was sweet and thorough. KyAsha was an absolute delight and she was gentle while doing the X-rays. Dr. Paturu gave me excellent advice and helped me come up with a plan so I can have the smile I want. Definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a wonderful dentist and fantastic care team!

Avoid this place like the plague! Aspen Dental, Arnold.
If I can give it Zero stars I would. I came in for a root canal surgery and they didn’t even fix it.
Also, I talked to three of their ex employees and they told me that they rush their customers fast, even they will not finish the job. This is so they can generate more customers for their money. They don’t take their time, they rush. And every time I go to a different dental place and mention Aspen Dental, people make a weird uncomfortable face as if it’s an Omen to say their name, “Aspen Dental.”
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Go somewhere local, they actually care.

Very professional and caring. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but they put me at ease. Several times they made sure I was comfortable and doing okay during the procedures.

This place is a scam, my wife went here. They told her she needed four root canals totaling over $17,000, we went to two other places to get second and third opinion and they both told her that she needed a filling fixed that she didn’t have any cavities whatsoever. Just be aware.

I was very nervous going in, as this was my first time back in dentist in a long time. The staff was all so comforting when I got upset! They made me feel welcome and that they were going to help get me thru this! As funny as that sounds! But I want to thank everyone that helped me Shannon, Kyasha, Brooke, and especially Olivia! By the time I left I was smiling and excited to be back and get working on the next step!

The staff at this location are amazing!! I walked in for a repair and they were kind enough to fit me in and not have to wait over the weekend, even though the tech was getting ready to leave for the day! Kudos for all of the amazing people there!!
