Had a bridge made and after a short time a tooth on it broke; I called and was told to come in and have it repaired at no cost. The appointment was a few days off so I Super Glued the tooth back on and waited for the appointment day. After it was repaired and had to listen to some ranting by an over inflated ego of some dentist; seems he wanted to overstate the obvious..."super glue is not a dental product'...brilliant. I calmly mentioned that we use to use Super Glue for minor cuts and wounds in SEA in the '70s...I know the pros and cons of the stuff...don't eat a tube or small amounts for extended time. But dentist seem to think everyone is as stupid and sheltered as they are. Anyway they tried to charge me for the visit, even though I was told (and in truth) it was thier responsibility to fix it. Right? They, in turn without notifying me, sent it to coillections; then in some perverse manner sent me a B-Day email stating "Happy Birthday (sent to collections)" I am thinking about sueing them, but the dental assistant who went out of her way to try and cause me extra pain while fitting for new tooth, seemed to be in some sort of emotional or mental trauma. There may be enough weirdness with this group that it may not be needed...but who knows.

Everybody there is so nice. They are great with canceling or rescheduling. Even getting you in for an emergency. Super clean and very friendly.
