I love this office more than I hate going to the dentist and so I am there every 6 months getting my smile on. The dental tech Janice is a rock star with my plaque and she always remembers details of our conversations. It's like visiting with a friend. Dr. Case has an open funny personality that keeps your mind off any procedure he might be performing. I am thankful I found this office! They have helped me keep my smile tight and bright!!!

Dr. Case and his staff are always great to work with. Everyone is so friendly and put you right at ease. I've been to Dr. Case for a simple filling and then to have a tooth pulled and booth procedures went very smoothly - I was more nervous that I needed to be! I would definitely recommend Case Dental!

Called at the last minute. I didn't have an appointment. I had a sharp spot on a broken filling. It was at the end of the day, but I called anyway. Dr. Case took the time to fit me in and take care of the problem. I've always found Dr. Case to be very accommodating to his patients' needs. I would recommend Case Dental if you need a new dentist.

Michelle is the most thorough dental hygienist I've ever experienced. I'm a senior with crooked, tight teeth. She has a sure touch, capable and professional, never painful. She explains what she's doing, educates as she goes along, listens patiently to questions and then answers them in a caring, gentle manner. She encourages me to floss, floss, floss, motivating me to keep the teeth I have healthy and clean. I have already booked my next cleaning appointment with Michelle.

I was impressed by the physical surroundings and staff. Brooke especially was friendly , helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Tim seems very competent , will enjoy getting to know him better.

I wish every dental office was as well-run as this one. The staff are friendly and thoroughly knowledgeable in their respective fields. Appointments run on time. Dr. Case is very thorough and highly skilled. A treatment plan was developed for me. Every time I sit in the chair I know exactly what is going to be done. No surprises!

Dr Case is a great dentist! one of the best. However some of his staff is simply flat-out rude and unprofessional. Very disrespectful. I recommend he fires office manager and Linda. They always have such a rude demeanor. Or have them be trained in how to professional and politely treat the patients that keep the office standing

I was explained what was going on then what it was going to cost.
The staff was great and very kind.
