I drove by this practice for years since I live close by. Finally took a chance and made an appointment to go in. This place is wonderful! Not only is the staff always fun, friendly, and professional but also the dentist. The atmosphere is great and have had nothing but a top notch experience here. I've been to a half a dozen dentists in the city but was never satisfied, until I came to Case Dental! Been to tons of dentists my whole life around the midwest, most were just okay, but now I always look forward to going to Case. Great people, friendly, nice job guys & thanks!

Absolutely hands-down the best dental team in St. Louis! I’ve been going to Case Dental for 20+ years even though I have moved farther away. Well worth the extra drive to go here. There tools are state of the art, Dr Case is always current on new techniques, and the whole staff is friendly and caring. For example: I recently needed an extraction and was dreading the normally painful shot deep between the jaw to block the nerve. Dr. Case used some new vibration technique to make that shot 100 times better!!
Can’t say enough good things about Case Dental!!

I am not surprised at what happened at Doctor Case’s office today. Why? 1. Because I am always treated like a person. 2. The technology Doctor Case uses is top notch. 3. Dental Insurance provided through Doctor Case is reasonable. Thank you! These are a few reasons why I continue to depend on Doctor Case for my Dental needs.

Had my first consultation today and Dana was super nice. Very informative to someone that’s hasn’t been to the dentist in a while. Dr. Case was nice as well and knowledgeable. One of the most professional doctors office I’ve ever been to.

I love my dentist office, everyone is super nice and treats you with respect. Listens to all my concerns and always answer any questions I have. Dr. Case usually sings are hums as he is working on your teeth and it makes the experience more enjoyable. 10/10 !!!!!!
