Dr. Graves and all his employees are very skilled and pleasant to work with. I came to this office because my former dentist was here and she retired. I never thought I would find anyone as great as I thought she was, but these people are on track! I won't be dreading any future dental appointments with them. Today they fixed a front tooth that I had chipped in a fall. They did it beautifully and you can't tell anything was ever wrong!

The woman at the desk got my dental date wrong. I never confirmed the appointment. They emailed me and said that my insurance covered all but $50. But in reality they charged me $50 for an appointment that wasn’t confirmed and I didn’t show up for. The fillings they did still bother me because the bite isn’t correct (can’t even chew on my right side) and they’re also not smoothed down so staining will quickly occur. Would recommend going somewhere else. I knew something was off with this place when they charged me $175 for a “pulp cap” and it couldn’t go through my insurance and I wasn’t informed about it until I had to pay. They lost two customers with their $50 mess up.

I had an absolutely wonderful visit today! South county Family Dental has a great environment with wonderful Assistants and a great Dentist. I left there with my teeth feeling cleaner than any other Dental office i’ve ever been to. They took their time doing my Cleaning and even the time to explain things to me that could really help me, and make a difference from the way I already do things . I definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I had a root canal and as crazy as it sounds with all the stigma we here in how awful they are to go through, my experience this morning was a non-event. There was ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN. None. It’s been several hours since the work was done and I have no soreness. It’s as if it never happened. Dr. Graves is the best dentist I’ve ever had in my 57 years. His staff were extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Graves has an outstanding “dentist chair side manner” and he’s a huge Cardinals fan. So go see these folks would ya? I guarantee your dental experience is like no other. A+++++++
