This was a horrible experience. I went in for a broken tooth and a myriad of other issues. The dentist told the tech or whatever she was to do X-rays that she had to retake several times before she got it right. I have had a lot of dental work in the past and NEVER had so many x-rays. I asked about why so many and she said they needed 18. I know ahe had taken more than that. I gave her another chance and when she erased it, I got up and left.
Dr. Graves was trying to sell me sleep aonea stuff before I ever opened my mouth. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the receptionist had a great attitude and was super nice.

To summarize Dr. Graves, he is kind, extremely gentle and expertly trained! I regretfully waited seven years to go to a dentist because I was busy having babies and raising toddlers. Once I realized I could procrastinate no longer, I went to Dr. Graves to assess the damage. He did a thorough assessment to find the problem areas and set a treatment plan. I was extremely nervous when I had to be numbed numerous times for cavities, and Dr. Graves was very gentle and went slow enough to make me feel comfortable. I never had pain and he always gave me breathers. The reconstruction he did on my front teeth amazed me at how good they looked! I had single cracks down the surface of my two front teeth as long as I have been an adult. When he removed the cracks and reconstructed both teeth, I was amazed! He made both front teeth look healthy and shaped then exactly as they would have been in my 20s! I highly recommend giving Dr. Graves a chance to anyone looking for a gentle and competent dentist!

First appointment with Dr. Puchta service was very good .. professional..took time .explained what was doing...asked questions to understand my history and future care..all staff were very good ..

Dr. Graves is my favorite dentist I’ve ever had! He’s personable, fun, kind, and knowledgeable. He provided great information and caused no pain during my cleaning! I would recommend him to anyone!!

This is one of the best dentist office in St. Louis. He has skilled techniques with minimal to no pain. Great customer service with a staff that is great to talk to and easy to work with. I felt like they cared about my best interests which is rare anywhere in the health field. I will be back for sure.

The people were friendly and the place is clean...The person that did my teeth cleaning was very professional and informative...
However, they tried to charge me for a "wellness visit" ( teeth cleaning and information on teeth...this is something I have been getting from previous dentist for zero money..as my insurance covered !
