Everyone was nice but I went in for a routine cleaning and instead walked out with a “treatment plan” for $900 of other expensive procedures. They said they were out of time to do the cleaning and that I’d have to make another appointment for a $300 antibiotic cleaning. At first they weren’t going to get me in until August, but the receptionist called back to try to get me in the following week. I had been there an hour and a half and walked out extremely confused. They also did some sort of diagnostic where they poked each gum front and back above the tooth. It was painful and took a long time. I guess I wish someone had told me ahead of time what in the world was going to happen on the first visit. I’d never had anything like it at any other dentist so I was really very confused.

The entire staff was so caring and kind. They have excellent bedside manner and made me feel at ease. Dr. Birk explained everything clearly and seemed to care a lot about what's best for his patients. I was given a clear understanding of what the costs would be before I had any work done and the staff was really helpful at coordinating care with my insurance and oral surgeon. The office is nice and clean and they have updated equipment. So happy I chose this practice!
