Lauren, my hygienist, did an excellent job cleaning my teeth as well as how to improve my at home cleaning. Dr. Birk checked my teeth to make sure the areas that were suspicious to possibly needing work were fine for now and would keep an eye on them next time I was in for a cleaning.

Lauren the hygienist is the most personable individual I have met in a long time! She takes her time and talks you through what’s being done and is extremely attentive to the patient needs!! I was nervous having to have a deep cleaning and other work done and she made me feel comfortable and like no matter what happened I was going to be ok and that the end result would be a happy smile and even discussed options for anything I had questions on (bleaching and whitening teeth after cleaning, toothpaste, rinse, etc )
the office staff were super helpful in providing estimates and explanation of how we could schedule things to make my experience less stressful! Dr Bork was funny and made the atmosphere comfortable as well, even with having to give me bad news about cavities needing fillings. GO HERE IF YOU ARE NERVOUS AMD WANT TO BE TREATED WOTH RESPECT AND KINDNESS

I called to make sure they take MetLife dental insurance they said yes so I schedule appointment on phone was someone they took my dental insurance and write the time down my time for my appointment was 10AM.
I called Monday February 8 , 2021 to make sure I'm still on for 10am the Karen said you do have any appointment she said sorry can I come in at 11AM I said yes thank you. I know I made a appointment and put it in my cellphone the time I hope this will not happen again to anyone this is not cool at all. My teeth are very clean thank you very much gor your input Lauren you are very helpful , nice friendly , awesome , fantastic , wonderful , great , good job with people with disability thank you very much Lauren for your patience!
