I've been frequenting this office for 3 years and the experience has been phenomenal every time. The staff is great! Chelsea at the front desk is welcoming and helpful in squeezing us in for appointments. Brian the hygienist always has good banter to make the cleaning sessions fun. Dr. Heap is about as pain free as they get when it comes to procedures, a welcome change from previous dentists. I'm not sure if it's intentional but the assistant always cranks great music during my visits as well. Rock on Glacier Family Dental!

This is a fantastic dentist office. The dentist fixed a crown for me that my previous dentist couldn't figure out. He was great about communicating what to expect for my teeth, and his staff has been great about communicating payment information.

The Dentist Assistant and Doctors were super nice and made me feel comfortable but they really need to rethink about hiring different receptionist because those girl’s seriously have some attitude problems and seem like they hate their jobs. They were always so rude every time I would check in they don't even look you in the eye they just always looked so annoyed especially when you ask questions super unprofessional. I see in the comments I’m not the only person that thinks this.

Front desk is awful, the blonde girl has a terrible attitude and accused me of lying and threatened to send me to collections even though they never sent me a bill. I got my first bill from them a week ago and called today to make a payment and she refused to take my payment. I would NOT recommend this dental office to anyone because of the attitude at the front desk.

I love these guys! Brian, my dental tech is great and Dr. Chet is awesome. Always walk out in a better mood than when I came. (I bring my dental team doughnuts 🤭)

I have gone here in the past and absolutely loved all the dentists and assistants I experienced. I changed insurances last year and have not been back so I called to try and set up an appointment with my new insurance and the receptionist was absolutely terrible. She was so rude and no help at all, even after I called back after figuring out the correct information. She was short and snippy and ended up hanging up on me after I asked her to simply answer yes or no. Would have loved to go back, but most definitely will not when you have people treating your customers like that.

Could not recommend this dental clinic enough! Absolutely amazing! Super friendly staff, had everything ready for me when I was finished with my cleaning and gave me a price for a future procedure before asking! Had all my appointment cards and estimate ready for me before even walking into the waiting room at the reception desk. Will be using this dental clinic for our whole family!
