Krueger Family Dentistry

I am a person that doesn’t really like doctor visits of any kind, but at Krueger Family Dentistry I actually enjoy my visits. Everyone is very friendly and personable. My dental hygienist made a note to remember to ask me, 6 months later, how my trip to Europe went. They are happy to answer any question you have and take very good care of you. I highly recommend them.

Krueger Dentistry is the best, calming atmosphere, gentle, quick, and thorough. Putting your needs first. The best dental office I have ever been too. I am so thankful to have found such a caring and honest dental office!

Man let me tell you!!!! This place and Dr. Smith made my dentist visit a breeze. Very friendly, very professional, very clean facility. I have the biggest fear of going to the dentist, but these people made me feel Very comfortable and very relaxed during my visit. It almost sounds crazy, but I had the "Pleasure" of being treated with a tooth fix and crown at Krueger Family Dentistry. Crazy because I would never have associated the word "pleasure" and "dentist" together before! Dr. Krueger and her team were outstanding though! Here are the reasons it was a pleasure to do business and be treated by them:
1. Communication - The receptionist, the dental assistant, and the Dentist all worked as a team to make the process of visit super smooth, understandable and agreeable to my needs and my wallet! I didn't even have to call insurance to work out my portion, they did that all for me too!
2. Timeliness - I had a toothache and was able to see the dentist in less than 24 hours of calling the office. I was scheduled promptly for treatment and then when another patient cancelled their appointment, I was moved up to prime spot and treated very promptly. All was done within a couple of weeks including the permanent crown I needed.
3. Cleanliness and care of the office environment - everyone does basic hand washing and sanitizing, but at Krueger Family Dentistry, they go beyond this! The Dentist change their surgical coats from one treatment room to the next, temperatures of incoming patients are checked and each room has its own clean air sanitation unit.
4. The staff go above and beyond to help you get through the procedure that you are having done. I have some anxiety for being treated in dental needs. I never have liked anyone sticking their fingers in my mouth, let alone the noises of the process to treat a tooth! At Krueger Family Dentistry I got given a fluffy warm blanket (which is washed after each patient use), a peanut pillow for my head and was able to listen to music on my phone with earbuds in, to help minimize the noise. Even then, I was kept informed anytime I wanted it, to know what step we were at and how we were doing. Dr. Krueger even took photos along the way of the tooth changes from pre-treatment, during and after so I could see the progress, all with state of the art technology that allowed minimal discomfort. One more thing that made me relax somewhat was how the staff treated me personally. They all love their jobs, been a part of the team for a very long time and it shows in how they care for their patients. Kudos especially to Ashley and Morgan and Dr. Rebecca Krueger. I felt like I was visiting friends rather than a dentist office - Thank you!

The final say: I never want to go to a dentist, who does? But if I have to go again, it will be Krueger Family Dentistry!

Everything about this place is amazing. I recommend Dr. Krueger to everyone I know.
She has been my dentist for about 10 years now. They always have great advice and genuine smiles. You can tell they all love their jobs and their day.
The work she did on my teeth was so good that another dentist I saw while out of state had a hard time even noticing it. He said it was the best work he had ever seen. That speaks volumes for the level of professionalism Dr. Krueger possesses and utilizes daily. The new office is absolutely stunning. I just can't sing their praises enough. I am so thankful to have found them.

Dr. Smith and dental hygienist Cheryl are fantastic. They are great at explaining the procedures, your options for treatment, and the price involved. During the procedures, they pay close attention to your comfort level, keeping numbness where it should be, and giving you appropriate breaks. I had an awesome experience today with Cheryl! She is so kind, gentle, and cares for your oral health. Kelsey had me check in with Covid screening questions. I appreciate that they have gone above and beyond to screen patients and take The extra time wiping all pens and surfaces down. Everyone wore masks and I even had my temperature taken along with my oxygen levels. They also have air purification systems in the rooms now. Thanks Dr Krueger and the entire staff for another pleasant experience!!

I’ve been going to Kruger Family Dentistry for a few years now and have LOVED it. The ladies are so kind and personable. Both Dr. Kruger and Dr. Smith take amazing care of my teeth, not to mention my hygienist, Amy. Would 1,000% recommend

I truly think this is the best dental office in town. I’ve been going here for three years and have never had a bad experience. Dr Krueger and Dr Smith are excellent dentists and the entire staff makes the whole “going to the dentist” experience pleasant from the moment you get there to the moment you leave.
