Northeast Lincoln Family Dentistry

I'm very unhappy with this place, and will not return. The dentist interrogated me about places I've lived, & the assistant seemed a bit, not into it. I went in telling them I needed to get this done before the end of the year, they seemed to be cooperating with that until they cancelled one of my appointments. I made the appointment mid-afternoon on Tuesday with an emphasis on needing to get it done asap. I guess they called to confirm the appointment at 8:30 am the next morning, sort of harassing me, I mean I pushed how important it was to get it done, of course I'm going to be there. Well, my phone is on do not disturb at 8:30 am because of my schedule, and didn't check my phone till that evening, which was probably too late to call into a closed office. So I arrive as scheduled and they say they cancelled my appointment because I didn't confirm, there was no reason for them to be "confirming" an appointment I just made the previous afternoon, just ridiculous. I'm pretty certain I had filled out their forms saying my preferred method of communication was email, but instead they unprofessionally called instead of emailing me. I could have responded if they had emailed me instead of the office staff lazily calling without verifying the preferred contact method. Perhaps intentionally on someone's part I probably wouldn't be able to get the work done before the end of the year, but I was able to get scheduled elsewhere, so if that was their intent, they failed. I'm not a person that lives my life connected to my phone, like the younger generation. I really think it's ridiculous to think they needed to confirm an appointment that was just made the previous afternoon, and decide to cancel without making at least one more attempt to contact me, via my preferred contact method.

My oldest son had his first appointment at NorthStar yesterday and he had nothing but great things to say on the way back to school. He mentioned that he got to watch tv, how nice the staff was, and how comfortable and relaxed he felt during the appointment. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Hands down the best dental office in Lincoln. Every time I come in all of the staff makes me feel very welcome. I can’t thank Dr. Kelsey enough for helping make my Invisalign journey such a breeze!

The staff at Northeast Lincoln Family Dentistry are fantastic. Dr. Chris and Dr. Kelsey are thorough and informative. It was all around a pleasant experience and I'd recommend this clinic to anyone in the Lincoln area.

Wonderful atmosphere, great people, and very good at explaining things. Dr. Kelsey is awesome, she made sure that I not only saw, and heard what she was telling me, but that I actually understood what was going on in my mouth, and ALL the options available to me. All the staff were extremely nice and very helpful. Dr Chris was very thorough and explained everything well, he spent a lot of time with me and didn’t hurry right out. I would recommend this place to others.

Dr. Chris is fantastic! It is obvious that he prioritizes the patient experience because I feel like I play an important part in my treatment plans. X-rays are well explained, he takes the time to educate me on what plan(s) are appropriate, and I appreciate the honesty when suggesting certain options to consider. He is also very tactful in recommending helpful tips for improving daily dental hygiene at home. The clinic is brand new, staff is very friendly, and dental care is top notch!

I don't write reviews online, but I will for Northeast Lincoln Family Dentistry. ALL off the staff were amazing, friendly, fun, and talented. The office staff was very clear and helpful in explaining how I can plan for future work that needs to be done. Brittany, the dental assistant, was very nice, calming, and did her part very well. Dr. Kelsey was great at explaining everything to me and challenging me to develop good dental habits. The cleaning was as painless as I've ever experienced and my mouth feels great. We are not from Lincoln and I was delaying finding a dentist for 2 years because no one likes going to the dentist. I am frustrated with myself that I didn't look for and find them sooner because that was BY FAR the best dentist experience of my life, and I'm an old man.
