They treat you with respect from the time you walk in the door, through the procedure, with please and thank yous to leaving your appointment. Everyone there had a smiley on their face. Awesome office and wonderfully staffed. I saw Dr. Chris and Dr. Kelsey for a crown and they were both amazing. The environment in the office is very relaxing and the TVs in the rooms provided a lot more distraction than I would have thought. Everyone had very gentle hands and they were kind enough to readjust my crown MULTIPLE times to make sure my bite felt right. I haven’t been to the dentist in several years but I’ll definitely be going there regularly in the future! 10/10

Amazing experience! I was nervous to go in because I knew I needed a lot of dental work done, but the staff was very friendly and helped me focus on the solution and not the problem. It was very helpful to see the diagrams, photos, and interactive tools used by Dr. Chris so that I could understand what was going on and why! Now I’m more interested in maintaining my own dental health :) also they were so flexible to fit me into their schedule since I was going to leave town at the end of the week, I really appreciate the efforts made to ensure I can leave with better dental health despite my tight time frame!

The receptionists are really rude the doctor that attended me and my wife she was excellent but overall experience with the front desk was horrible I had some late cancellations on my end and they decide to punish me and my wife when my wife did nothing wrong. The people at the front desk are poorly trained every time I called to set up an appointment it was like trying to jump through hoops. If you have a family member that does not speak English and you're trying to help them that recommend finding somewhere else.......... Northeast Lincoln family dentistry if you read this you guys need to work on your front desk training and help people from different ethnicities better. I'm sorry Dr Kelsey but I'm extremely disappointed with your office and operations
