Optimal Dental PC

Going into surgery, I had to have my teeth cleaned first. I could not get in at the dental College where I normally go because my student was on break. This office was the third one I called and they were able to get me in for a cleaning and just a few days. I was so happy!
The people here are so very kind. They are friendly and professional and supportive. They got the paperwork that I needed to fill out sent to me right away to my email. And it is so handy because you can fill out the paperwork online and it automatically appears in their computer! How handy is that?
When I arrived at the building their office was in I was so happy. I use a wheelchair and I am used to medical offices not being wheelchair accessible. Especially since this is a very old building. But to my surprise not only was the main door accessible but the door into their office was accessible this is a miracle.
I was so very happy with my cleaning. One of my back molars always bugs me because it feels like there’s something there. You know like when you get a pop corn hole stuck on a tooth? And when I have a cleaning it never feels like they have cleaned it and polished it correctly for me. So I asked her to go back and redo it. She told me that is where I have a crown and my tongue is feeling that little bit of, not exactly roughness, but just wear the crown meets the tooth ? She was the first person who ever told me this. So now, when I feel that, I no it is not dirt or plaque back there.
After the cleaning, the dentist came back and went over everything. He was so kind. Now, here is another cool thing. When you’re sitting in the chair there is a large monitor that you can see and they have montages of the staff members with their families. That is so sweet. But, check this out. They could put my x-rays up on that monitor! It was so easy to see them! I didn’t have to try and twist around in the chair to see my x-rays on somebody’s small computer screen.
I don’t know if anyone is still with me. Lol this is a very long review. But if you live around here, I cannot suggest them highly enough! Thank you again to everyone in the office.

The hygienists here are always fantastic! I’m with a different person every time I come in, and every hygienist I’ve seen has been absolutely lovely.

We’ve been a patient of Dr. Bailey ever since Dr. Ganser retired. We were extremely disappointed when that day came but Dr. Bailey is great and we couldn't be happier that they have continued with his mantra. Not just our family but our extended family also goes to this office with complete satisfaction. The entire team is very professional, friendly, personable, patient, kind, gentle...everything you hoped to find in dental care.

I have been going to Optimal Dental a few years. I had an old crown break and could get in soonest with Dr. Wirth, so went to him. He and Hannah did a great job on my same-day crown. Dr. Wirth then went over and above the call of duty and kindly discussed an ongoing lip rash/swelling i'd been dealing with for almost 2 years...despite seeking dermatologist help. He prescribed an ointment that has helped me greatly. I am forever grateful to Dr Wirth for taking the time to analyze this problem I hadn't even come in for. This is a great dental office and both the dentists and the staff provide excellent care and are very personable.

I have not been to the dentist for some time and finally had my appointment. From the time I checked in to the end, all staff members including Dr. Bailey and Ann were wonderful and professional! Thank you!!

This was a horrible appointment! So I went there because my tooth was bugging me and ofc I needed a new dentist because I just moved here, while I was requesting an appointment they were so rude continuing to mimic me. Finally I got my appointment and went into the dentist room it was nice the rest of the time but I could have sworn they were looking at me weirdly and kinda annoyed at me for no reason! Anyway skip to when I left I said I would not eat any sticky food or something that would get my new filling out. Skip to the next day when I was eating some gummy’s, I was just chewing my gummy’s when my filling FELL out I will never come back.I certainly don’t suggest going.
