Overall great experience! The staff is very kind. My tech was Liz and she performed my deep cleaning, efficient and detailed. Dr. Sidney is very patient focused and take the time to help ease patients. I was very nervous about my treatment plan and Dr. Sidney dissolved all worries.

Awesome filling experience! Everyone is nice and explains everything that is going on. Ask as many questions as you want! The dentist even put Vaseline on my lips so they wouldn't get dry during the procedure. They really go above and beyond

Really disappointed. Went to them knowing I needed dentures, top only and maybe a partial on the bottom. The doc came in, told me my only choice was hybrid overdentures. Which cost over $20,000 and no insurance covers that. Plus, an additional $8k for the oral surgeon to pull all of my teeth, plus $18k+ for the 10 implants required to hold the hybrid in place.
I'm part of the working class, so I don't have $46k just sitting around.
(I wasn't looking for 'cheap', but "reasonably priced to achieve the most functional" option)
However, they were unwilling to do dentures cuz "all economy dentures don't last and just age people due to the rapid bone loss". Even tho, after almost begging the receptionist for a more modest solution, their charge for "cosmetic dentures" was over 6k, not including the oral surgeon. ($14k total)
I left there totally stunned, and then shocked again when they charged my insurance company $650 dollars for 4 x-rays and a consult fee. (For a 15 minute chat with the doc)
Kinda seemed they were way more concerned about making money than actual patient care.
Yes, they were polite and, obviously, quite efficient at handling any insurance billing. I just didn't realize they were only catering to the elite demographic.

The staff is amazing. Very courteous and professional. They make the appointments enjoyable and relaxing. You can see that they actually care about your well being and you teeth. Sydney is an amazing dentist and is always very informative about the situations. Highly recommend South Pointe Dental!

I hadn't been to the dentist in 7 years. I was pretty nervous at first but everyone was so accommodating and patient.
They're hyper aware of any concerns/dental issues like gum sensitivity or anxiety and make sure to do as much as possible to keep you comfortable.
The entire staff is very professional and enjoyable to talk to. This is now the official dentist office of the family.

All the staff was very knowledgeable. I'm new to the area, and I found them through my business dental plan website. So happy I chose them! The office is a nice size that isn't overwhelming. From beginning to end everyone there knew what they were talking about. They have a great x-ray set that looks at your teeth from root to tip instead of the small four. It was a great experience through and through. Highly recommend this group of professionals!
