We just took our 16 month old daughter in for her first check-up, and everyone was wonderful. They brushed and flossed her teeth, did a fluoride treatment, and gave us good information about how to keep her teeth and mouth healthy as she grows.

I had multiple cavities filled and the staff was very knowledgeable and open about what they'd be doing and how much it would cost. They had me in and out of there very quickly, and the dentist did great work! The front office was extremely kind and eased my tension right when I walked in with a big smile! Thanks!

The hygentist are always friendly and do a great job. Dr. Lake is a wonderful dentist. Every time I have been there I have recieved the best care from everyone. Great dentist office

I recently had a terrible dental experience at another office....I was nearly in tears staring at two gaping holes in my once perfect smile. Essentially, the other dentist didn't want to have the patience to let the medicine wear in before drilling, and I could feel EVERYTHING he was doing.... :( I was never afraid of the dentist before this and I'm 24 now, so it would be crazy to develop a fear of the dentist now.... But I have had extensive work done with my teeth in the past, that now required me to have a permanent retainer, and the decay has gotten bad sadly.
I frantically called every place in Lincoln after seeing the one who only wanted to see me on a MONTHLY basis to repair my 6 front teeth and him leaving holes in my teeth... The only place who squeezed me in at 5pm mind you, was this office. They made me feel very cared for, respected, and valued... It didn't feel as though it was just about money. I'm pretty sure the doctors could tell that I was high strung because they all were trying to make me laugh and truly educate me on what was going on inside my mouth and how to fix it. Turns out, I have periodontal disease pretty badly, but I don't have a doubt in my mind that this office can get my smile back up to par where it was! I couldn't be more grateful for the consideration and care I was shown... I'm 24 and having this many tooth problems was not in my arsenal of plans...
Special shout out to Lauren, we go way back and it was cool to have you educating me. Dr. Smith is a great guy, definitely got my funny bone going, and Dr. Martens, seriously the sweetest dentist I've ever met. I can't wait to see you all for my scaling and planing coming up!!

I have asked the staff not to discuss additional procedures with my children, it's in their chart. Yesterday my daughter went in by herself and was suggested teeth whitening, invisalign, the orthodontist and other procedures- none that were medically necessary.
The office has stated for a year that she never finished getting her fillings when we said they did, it took over 4 hours b/c you were overbooked. Yesterday the dentist had to delete it from the record because we were correct.
We have had billing issues that have gone on for over 7 months because the staff wasn't entering in the billing codes properly to insurance.
I'm disappointed.
The staff can be friendly and they are close in location but I wouldn't suggest to anyone to start new with Superior Dental.

Went here twice. First time was for an exam and to get a filling put in. I paid $200 based on their quote and then received a bill two months later for an additional $300. Went an got a filling put in earlier this year that they quote at $150 after insurance.....received a bill for $900 a month later. All for a simple filling.
Go to a non-chain dentist who will properly quote you so you aren't stuck with huge bills afterwards for simple, common dental work.

The whole staff is great. I always have a good experience and never have to wait very long. I appreciate the ability to be seen after normal working hours which is not the case with some dentist offices.

Super friendly and nice. My kids are never scared to go in. They are always treated exceptional. Kids also get awarded with prizes. My experience with billing was a little bad previously, but Maya the office manager took care of the problem and made my day. Office is very clean and all are very processional.
