Dr. Mark and his dental assistant are amazing. They always give our kids the best experience. Our kids are always excited for the dentist and leave with nothing but praises about how nice everyone is and how much they love their sparkly teeth. Would never choose any other office!

I haven't been to a dentist in quite a few years. Superior dental health made a fantastic first impression. If you're looking for people who can maintain a professional relationship but who can also keep the mood lighthearted and not too anxiety inducing they are going to be a fit for you. They started me off with a welcome kit, got some background on my dental history so that they could go forward with the care and gave great advice without being demeaning, which I have had in the past with other dental offices. I am fortunate right now to be in a situation where I had two forms of dental insurance. They knew this when I came in and still made sure they were up front about costs and what insurance usually covers and gave me options. They are fantastic people and I will be more than happy to trust them with filling my cavity at our next appointment. If you are on the fence about who to choose for your dental needs I would definitely try their office out first.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean and well-kept place. I appreciate that they have refreshments and other items available to comfort patients during their appointments (water/coffee/tea/lip balm/blankets/dark glasses for bright lights/etc).

My 9 year-old did great, but my 5 year-old had zero intention of going through with her dentist appointment. Our dental hygienist, Mallory, was super helpful and creative in thinking of ways in which to convince my daughter to sit on the chair, get her teeth cleaned, take x-rays, and everything else in her appointment. Mallory explained everything she was going to do before doing it, which both calmed my daughter and built trust in her. Internally, I had tears of joy since it was my daughter’s first successful dentist appointment (despite attempts at other offices)!!

When Dr. Mark arrived — after cleanings and pictures — he was friendly, welcoming, and explained everything clearly. We did not feel rushed or feel like we were imposing on his time (like we have at other places).

Before leaving (at checkout), I was provided with information which was clearly explained on what was due today, what needs doing, and what to look forward to next.

I have never left a dentist appointment feeling so happy before. I am so grateful that my sister referred me here, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone else!!

They make my fears of Dentists a lot more comfortable. Very kind people and very gentle. They always have taken great care of me. Would highly recommend.

Had a deep clean and the hygienist was amazing! Gave me a selection of numbing agents to choose from. She also provided excellent patient counseling. I was very impressed with the timeliness of the cleaning as well and she even double checked her work. I'm excited to go back for another cleaning with this team.

Update- they got me in to fix my cavity lass than a week after my initial appointment. They were so gentle during the numbing process and Dr. Vu was excellent! 3 cavities fixed in one go.

I am a new patient that had only had one cavity ever. I went to establish care after doing research on the website. The front desk staff amazing. Really liked that I could do all the paperwork before I came online. I also was really impressed that it was asked in the paperwork preferences and areas of concern. During my visit I was very nervous. I felt very uncomfortable when I got a doctor I was not expecting( not listed on the website). She also spoke to the assistant in medical terms I did not understand right over me and when I asked what? They brushed me off saying that they were not talking to me instead of explaining. The doctor kept looking at her watch making me feel rushed and that I was a bother. Finally the cleaning process was painful to my gums and when they were "checking" my gums it was like they were sticking me with a needle in my gums under and between each tooth on the outside and inside. My mouth is still sore 12 hours later and what frightened me most is that I did not know what was going on. Nothing was explained to me which is something that I specifically stated on my paperwork that I prefer because it helps with the anxiety of having work done. Now I have to have 3 cavities filled but can not be seen until April 12. One thing I do like is they say they have an asap list so if something sooner opens up they will give me a call. I don't know that I will wait more than a month. Still contemplating my options.

I haven't been to the dentist in a little while. I was able to voice my concerns. Without judgement, or feeling like I was just another mouth. I felt they took the time to get to know me as much as one can in a hour or so. Would highly recommend this office.

Referred by a friend who said superior dental was great and honestly I couldn’t be happier! They were amazing from start to finish. Personable, professional, and I’ll defined be returning! 🦷 😃

I don't recommend them because I don't believe their practices and billing are honest. Both my boyfriend and I - on sperate occasions - have had billing issues with this location. Our experience is from 2020. Two years later I have calmed down but still feel the need to let others know of our experiences.

My boyfriend went to this place for the first time and said months later they called him saying they messed up their billing and that he owed them another 75$. He paid it just so he wouldn't have to deal with it but recommended I didn't go to that dental office.

I ignored him and went to Superior Dental because it was so conveniently located to where we lived. AT FIRST I loved it because it was easy to sign up - you sign up online and pick your hygienist that matches your insurance and submit your insurance information upon signing up. When you first visit they give you a tour of the facility and do a consultative survey to ask you what matters most to you when visiting the dentist. (I said I care the most about cost.) BUT THEN after that, my trust in their business practices went downhill.

1) During my cleaning without asking the hygienist ripped open fluoride and applied it to my teeth. Fluoride in adults is usually not covered by insurance. They should know this. Especially when they have my insurance beforehand and know that cost is an important influencer to my choice for dental care. (I wish I was more assertive at the time and called them out.)

2) They gave me an out-of-network dentist despite the fact they had my insurance information. Apparently insurance companies care about the insurance your dentist, not hygienist, works with. Online you could only pick the hygienist, not the dentist.

3) During my cleaning they told me I had cavities that needed filled. (At this point who knows if that was true or not.) So they ran my insurance to pay for the cleaning and I scheduled with the same dentist to get them filled for the following day. NOT ONCE during these multiple opportunities did they inform me that the dentist they sent in to service me was not covered by my insurance.

I had no idea they provided me with an out-of-network dentist until I got a nice big bill. When I called Superior Dental saying I wanted to discuss a bill related to being given an out-of-network dentist, they reversed it immediately. That was nice in the end but it was almost too easy. I barely had to describe the situation which makes me think they knew what they had done was wrong.

Love this dentist office. Wish it was a one stop shop but it is still the staff that make this a 5 star experience. Love them all!!!
