Every dental experience has been great! I feel comfortable and am confident in the dental work. They take very good care of you!!!

I received great, professional service at Dr. Vacek’s office as usual. They fully explained my options, what their recommendations were, and what would be involved. I would recommend them to anyone looking for dental services.

DR. VACEK AND HIS TEAM ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! HIS WORK IS A++++!!! In the past year I have had 10 root canals, 2 surgeries on 4 teeth, and 3 teeth pulled... i was in extreme pain and most of my teeth were cracked and no denist knew why....I was sent to the doctor
for testing, the ENT, and to a neurologist where everything checked out fine....I thought I was denture bound at only 45 years old...THEN I FOUND DR. VACEK!!! I went to my appointment crying because my front tooth hurt so bad! He gave me a aqualizer which is like a temporary nightgaurd to wear for a few days and at night...in just a couple days the pain was so much better! I actually went to his office and gave him a big hug lol...DR. VANCEK SOLVED A YEAR LONG MYSTERY OR AS I CALL IT A YEAR LONG NIGHTMARE! He made me a nightgaurd and no more pain!!! He capped 2 of my front teeth and you can not even tell they are capped! They look amazing!! One tooth was crooked before he capped it but not anymore!! I have been to many different dentists in my lifetime and NONE compare to Dr. Vacek....He is truly the best!!

The staff cares about the patients. Dr. Vacek is very reasonable and knowledgeable.
12/3/14-Just had a front tooth capped and it is great to be able to have everything completed in one visit. The cap was made right in the office.

I would like to say that I had a great experience at this dentist office. I was having a issue with a tooth, they took the time to assess the situation, explain all my options and took care of my tooth. The office was professional, nice and very courteous.

Went to this clinic fooled by the “google reviews” unless you have a lot of time to spear, patience, extra cash and want a free drink GO THERE!

Staff, friendly BUT totally not sure what’s going on, any way! Got to my appointment @ 1:00 pm during my lunch break hopping to be out of there with my cleaning done by 2:30, I was waiting for 15 minutes to talk to a receptionist waiting that she puts away a cake back in the fridge that they have right behind the reception, once finally she check me in. she made me go to an office and wait for the dentist, when he gets there he was terrible friendly ( maybe at the point that looks hypocrite ) but nice, he ask me what are you here today for? I am like ahhhhh a cleaning like I told the receptionist when I schedule. He is like oh ok what do you spec from us, I am thinking a just a cleaning that’s all and maybe look a budged to change some fillings and options for porcelain.

Any way after been with the dentist in an office for 25 minutes, they make me go out to the waiting room and wait for a bit longer, after they make go to the back and he explain they are going to take X rays bla bla bla. He introduces his assistant (she was new) I am very forgiving, you get a new job is stressful etc etc. after she smash my face nose poke my eyes and was done finally with the X rays.
The dentist comes back and makes me stand up and go to a super cool machine to take a 3D scan from my scull (which I found totally great) BUT in my case I have blue cross blue shield as an insurance they cover a cleaning an x-rays every year that’s all, the staff never ask me if I wanted this super cool scan which is totally not covered.

Any way! After the 3D scan they make me go back to the chair by this is already 2:45 pm, and he tells me ok so this is what I see in your x-rays so why don’t you go ahead and schedule the cleaning for another day. I stay shocked! I am like okkkk

I go out and schedule and the receptionist Is ok is going to be $350.00 I was like ok are you going to run it threw my insurance? And she is like ohhhh yes but you have to pay now and they will reimburse you! I was hmmm weird but ok, I pay! I call the next morning to schedule the cleaning and ask her if in the price that will be included and she Oh no that’s extra! I was like WHATTT I cancel my appointment I cancel my husband. As soon as I cancel she change TOTALLY RUDE and I ask her can you give me the X-rays that I pay for, and she is well is too big of a file to send by e-mail I am like ok burn it in a CD, any way she finally e-mail me the x-rays and I ask her where ware the 3D ones and she is well that will cost you $20.00.

I got my 3D I pay them the $20.00 extra dollars, and they I realize why the google reviews are so good, they are his staff and in his office he offers a free drink from Starbucks to who give a google review.

All this happened February 26; I call my insurance to see what happened. Guess? Nothing was submitted today April 06.

Good luck if you think about it, I am sure there’s people out there with great experiences but this was mine.

I had great service getting my root canal done and making a plan to get my dental hygiene up to par.

Very knowledgeable and honest dentists. They helped me out with an emergency dental work and were up front about costs. Thanks Dr Vacek!
