Great people. Attention to detail. I have a weird nerve thing in my jaw that sometimes leaves me only partially numb. He saw the note from my previous Williamsburg Dental dentist before I had a chance to tell him and made sure that I was completely numb.

It is unfortunate that I have to give this office a low review. While Dr. Gessford is an exceptional dentist, his office staff leaves very little to be desired. I experienced consistent trouble with insurance billing and lack of information and detail about statements and my account. This should no be a problem as I have primary and secondary dental insurance. There was just something wrong about me needing to sort out insurance and billing every time myself or a family member went in for a routine cleaning. And I would also like to thank them for all of the finance charges in the meantime, thank you for that. I will not be back.

The Dentist is great. There always seems to be a front desk issue unfortunately. This time I had to wait and wait post procedure for the front desk lady to figure out my bill and then demand payment on the spot. Just run it through insurance and bill me the remaining balance like other medical practices. The line was backing up behind me. I was patient with her, I’m sure others might not be.
