Williamsburg Dental is an excellent dental group. I should mention I’m really picky and yet I’m happy with them with not a single complaint. When the COVID shutdown started, Dr. Beddes met me in the office to help me with a minor dental emergency even though the office was closed. Recently, my Dad passed away and I got a call from their office telling me that they had somehow found out about my Dad’s passing and asked if I wanted to reschedule my cleaning for that afternoon. I had completely forgotten the appointment so this was very much appreciated. I still don’t know how they found out about my Dad’s passing and connected him to me. My last name is different after getting married. I received a sympathy card in the mail from them shortly thereafter. Today I got my teeth cleaned by Jackie, who is an excellent, gentle and thorough Hygenist. She did a great job as usual. Dr. Beddes saved me from an additional appointment by squeezing in taking impressions for a night guard on the fly at the end of my cleaning appointment. The office has been newly outfitted with lots of COVID preventative equipment and practices. I’m very cautious of the virus so these additional above-and-beyond measures are the only way I’m willing to go sit in a chair with my mouth wide opened and a person inches from me.

I highly recommend Williamsburg Dental East. I’ve been going there for several years. Everyone is great! I especially love Dr Beddes and Kristen. I had to have a root canal. They made me so comfortable and pain free that I was actually laughing during the procedure. I don’t know any other dentist that can make having a root canal fun!!
