Got Smile Dental Group

I had a wonderful experience with my visit to Got Smile Dental Group. Every staff member was very helpful, and I was impressed with the hygenist's and Dr. Schroeder's efforts to explain everything they were doing with my teeth. Everyone in the office was very friendly. Great job!

All the staff, hygienists, secretaries, etc, are always happy and friendly. I always feel welcomed and relaxed for my appointments. Which for me is a huge thing! Keep up the awesome work!

Excellent dental care. The entire staff is friendly and very competent. I even had to have a root canal on a weekend a few years ago and didn’t feel like it was an imposition. Definitely recommend!

Got Smile dental is fantastic. Dr. Smith and his staff make you feel very comfortable, they are friendly and very professional. They go over the top to make your visit the best you can be.

Got Smile Dental is the best! Everyone is so nice and Dr Smith is great! I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a dentist. We have been going there for over 18 years.

This is an unfortunate rating given that Dr. Smith is great at what he does. The issue came to be from billing. I was told that everything that was being done would be covered by my insurance and I would only have to worry about my $50 deductible. They ended up charging me for a whole hell of a lot more and wouldn't budge on it. We did the same things that were on my treatment plan and no issues came up. I will never go there again because of how they handled this issue.

I have the say that the dentist's here are absolutely amazing and they really care about you and your dental health. Their office staff however is why I will not be coming back. They are rude on the phone and do not return calls. I called them back after giving them three weeks to get back to me.

There's also an issue with their billing department. I make payments online. IDK if they don't register those as well as they should. They definitely take the money immediately, but I've been sent to collections by them numerous times by numerous companies even though I make payments. And the amount in collections is always the same .So they don't even note that I do make payments. It's absolutely ridiculous and idk how you run a business that way as well as just set out to ruin people's credit with non updated information. This was all after they couldn't figure out how much my insurance would cover in the beginning as well.

If it wasn't for their poor staff, I'd never leave, but it's sad that when going to a provider that is amazing, their staff can ruin it for them. I'd never want to deal with their billing or office staff again .

Dr. Mark Smith has to be one of the best dentists in Omaha if not Nebraska, and his patient-centered approach is reflected throughout his practice and his staff. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I can’t say enough about the Got Smile Dental Group. They are an excellent dental team and their upbeat, optimistic manner sets you at ease immediately. I have used them for years and can’t imagine ever going elsewhere.

Dr. Smith and his team are always so upbeat and positive. They took a lot of precautions to ensure everyone’s safety during this uncertain time. Thank you Got Smile! 😀
