This review has nothing to do with the assistant that assisted with my daughter Peyton's first visit. It was an emergency visit due to taking her to urgent care on 7/28 and being told she needed to see the dentist. I brought her in Crystal was great in getting her in with such short notice. The Dr scared my daughter and was a jerk. My daughter was upset scared and crying and the first thing he said to her was shush He barely examin my daughter said she needed a specialist and that she had 2 cavaties in the front which mind you I took a tooth brush and took out what he thought was a cavatity. I refused to go to the specialist and will wait until our dentist gets back from maternity leave. He was jerk to his assistant as well. He also told me my daughter didn't need the antibiotic well the swelling went down since she has been on the antibiotic so I am keeping her on it until the 10 days are up. It took alot to bite my tongue I wouldn't recommend him to any especially for kids he has no compassion and needs a new lesson on how to treat people especially being in the field he is in!

This deserves ZERO stars! My daughter had the worst experience today at this office. The hygienist Britney was RUDE not only to her but also to me when I called to complain. The newer dentist Dr cruse was very rude and unprofessional and pushing a product on her! She has a wisdom tooth that she keeps biting her cheek with and asked to shave down the sharp part but the dentist pulled on her mouth telling her she need Invisalign to fix it. If you want to pay for it then go right ahead and give her Invisalign! Her teeth are perfectly straight so the fact that your dentist wants us to spend thousands of dollars on something that’s NOT the problem is unreal. When I talked on the phone to Britney about this I was stern because this is uncalled for! She was rude to me and raising her voice saying let me finish talking! Me and the rest of my family will be looking for a new dentist office

I came in early to see if i could get my questioms answered and they didnt have a issue with getting me in to talk to the doctor all of the staff are very professional and very respectful and understanding my appt wasnt untill 2 pm and they got me in way earlier and im ready for the next step in my journey of dental implants cause i have a broken jaw and have had it for almost a year. Thanks again for u all being so helpful and understanding Huge qudos to u all
