Jack and I found a new dentist after Dr. James the Dentist office decided that 0800 appointment meant still not calling me back at 0810 for the third time so the wonderful, beautiful, courteous ladies came around the counter to great me, personally showed me the Kurig area, restroom for X-rays the ladies took Jack and showed him around to all the available fingers to him, happy Jack, and wow and DAMN never been treated like this anywhere or any doc/dental or professional office.

Loved the dentist and staff but their billing department is terrible. They have been overpaid by my insurance company yet keep sending me bills saying I owe them $700.00+ on top of the $660.00+ I have already paid. I have talked to them several times but nothing gets fixed.

Scam artist. Asked more than once when I made the appointment if they took my insurance and was told "we will bill any insurance" drove a hour the day of my emergency appointment to get there only to be told they dont.. they did offer me a payment plan. I think they do this to get you there and try to trap you. I walked out disappointed, with a loss of gas, time and my patience... and i still have a broken abscess tooth.
