I have TMJ. A professional who worked at this office suggested I come in for a personalized mouth guard she said she had no idea about price. I made an appointment. I sat through an exam which I didn't expect and then a procedure of making a mouth form. I was already to go and very happy because the dental assistant told me I was getting such a great deal. I asked how much is it going to be? Hold on to your pants! $900.00!!!!! Yikes what have I donr? This is not a great deal and I can't afford this! What was she thinking. I wanted out of there. They had me under the hot light, in the chair under their control....I was very uncomfortable. She said well I am buying the handbag from you she said so I can put a hundred dollars down on it to get you started. I am in a great deal of pain and they swear it is going to change my pain level. I put a hundred dollars on it also. That's two hundred. I make a second payment of a hundred dollars, making $300.00 paid toward it and I cancel it because I can't afford this. I didn't ask for an exam, I didn't ask for a $700.00 mouth guard! I was thinking a hundred dollars or so. They weren't very forth coming, she couldn't tell me prior to the appointment how much it was but that's because I wouldn't have shown up for seven hundred dollars! I have been turned into collections for something I never recieved! Plus didn't get any money back! Bad business! Total scam in my opinion.

This place is amazing I had an emergency extraction even though they were booked up they took my number if a cancelled was able to get in and get done right away the most friendly staff very professional the whole thing was painless and fast first time leaving dentist happy clear creek will forever be my dentist

I just moved to the Carson City area and had no clue which dentist I should go to so after asking around a little Dr. Carmen at clear creek dental was suggested quite a few times so I thought I would give them at try. After going in for a cleaning and having such a friendly and professional experience I'll be going there from now on!!!

i will not be going back to them they are very friendly but have no clue what they are doing i show up early to do the paper work and had it done in like 5 mins then sat there for 45 mins my appmint was at 300 and i was not see tell adout 400 and then they had me wait in one of there rooms and the dr came in and ask if i was readly for my shot they had me down for a tooth being pulled i was not there for that i came in for a cleaning / check up and the person that was to do the cleaning started and them clock out for the day i was in the exam room for like 20mins then they said that i should have been done i will never go back here they are not the place to go stay away they never finish my cleaningwill not go back or tell any one to go here
