Front desk help is a joke and very rude! Have zero customer service! They do not care about their patients....all they care about is $$$$$!

I highly recommend this orthodontist. Specifically Dr. Gardner! Him and his team know what they are doing and answer any questions that I've had. Even going in to get more wax, elastics or to get an uncomfortable wire trimmed down is so easy! I came in during their lunch by mistake to get a wire trimmed and they still took their time to help me! I also had my surgery for an impacted cuspid and even through the nervousness of a patient, they still make you feel as comfortable as possible. They give you blankets to keep you all warm and cozy and instead of jumping right into it, they give you time to lay down and relax a bit. Of course the laughing gas helps too but overall, this team under Dr. Gardner is fantastic and they are my first choice in orthodontic care!

The surgery went fine but the office staff was rude and billing was even worst. She quoted us a certain amount and I paid it all up front over 1500 dollars. Got my surgery and within a week they said I still owed 900.. it was just my wisdom teeth out and no one else in town charges over 1500. And this was with insurance. I called and said I don't have 900 can I make payments she said all money is due before surgery and since it's already done I can't make payments. Again I said I don't have 900 dollars I just paid 1500 she said tough... then hung up..

Went in for and appointment with my brothers and when were getting x rays they didn’t place the vest you should get for your own safety and it happen me and one of my younger brother

I moved from Texas to Elko. I have a permanent retainer in on my bottom teeth. Part of it came loose. I call to set an appointment to have this reattached. Guess what? They wouldn't! What am I suppose to do? Go back to Texas? Horrible Service!

I lost the adjustment key for my daughter's retainer. Although she wasn't a patient at Elko Dental Specialists, I stopped in to see if they might have a replacement. Jerri was able to find one quickly and provided it at no charge!
