The whole team at this office is amazing! I’ve never felt more safe and secure while sitting in a dentist chair. Everyone truly cares about you and your dental and overall health. I’ve never felt pressured or forced into any procedures. The dentists are so good with their patients and good at what they do. The assistants and front desk staff always make you feel at home.

This dentist office is amazing. Very clean and professional inside. Chris was amazing! He was able to get my crown fitted back into my implant. Despite getting the implants done elsewhere years ago, Chris was kind in explaining to me my options and what was best. This office cares. Coming back for my cleaning !

Been coming here for the last 5 years and love the ease. Tiffany is always a pleasure when I am here. The dentist is wonderful and the hygienist is always prompt and efficient.

Not enough great things to say about Dr. Martinez and his team. Caring, professional, gentle, and timely, while delivering the latest technology in dental care. My son and I look forward to our check ups and cleanings knowing it will be a great experience, every time.

Patients beware! Absolutely the worst experience! Called and booked an appointment for a new patient exam and cleaning and was scheduled by their call center. A week prior to the appointment called to ask a question and spoke with Kiki Washington, practice manager who told me they do exams only and not cleaning on the first appointment. New patients would have to come back for cleaning on a separate day, no availability for cleaning was given. Not sure how Kiki got this job or why she has this job, but she was not able to find an individual who clearly scheduled the appointment incorrectly and offered her apology for the inconvenience. Asked Kiki to connect me with the dentist but was advised he does not speak to patients over the phone.

Please note the above-listed fact that the dentist does not speak to patients over the phone. Imagine if you have a problem and need to speak to him!

After writing this review, I received a message from Practice Owner who asked me to call me back to see if they can improve their service. After calling the office, office manager explained message I received was an automated response, practice owner did not request for me to call back and they still cannot do exams and cleanings on the same day. Don't waste your time on dealing with this practice!

Unorganized!
I was scheduled for an appointment 12/06
They cancelled on me once I arrived to their office because they were unable to verify my new insurance that started on 12/01 (even though the insurance company contacted them) they said the insurance company needed to provide 1 additional detail they didn’t & they forgot to obtain the name and phone number of the person helping them)
To reschedule they asked me to call their office once I received my new dental card.
Once I received my new card I called their office using the number from their website I gave them my updated insurance information, they then scheduled me for an appointment 01/06
I received confirmation email, showed up on set day and time to the office only to find out they still had not verified my insurance, but they couldn’t see me because they didn’t have a hygienist on staff today.
They claimed to have tried to get a hold of me to let me know, but I didn’t receive any text, phone call or email.
I find it completely disrespectful of one’s time especially knowing my previous appointment was also cancelled.

They took great care of me on my first day as a patient. Took my needs and took care of everything in one visit. Danielle was an awesome RDH for my deep cleaning!

I've been coming to MacDonald Ranch for a decade and every experience I've had has been professional and comprehensive.

Dr. Martinez is my regular dentist and he's always prompt and efficient.

Absolute malpractice. They began a bridge on me, removed a tooth, charged me 10k and are refusing to finish the service. I have a gaping hole in my mouth and said they’re not refunding my insurance which means I won’t get approved again by another dentist. They said themselves it’s dangerous to leave the hole and are refusing to finish the work! I’m suing for full refund plus the cost to have the remaining work done elsewhere.

Overall the experience was ok, I initially ran into some issues with them billing me properly after waiting 2 hours to get my services done, they were able to bill me properly.
