I was extremely anxious about even scheduling an exam because I was really embarrassed of my teeth, but they made everything so easy every step of the way. The office is super clean, high tech, and efficient. Every staff member that I worked with was so patient and kind. Dr. Velayo took the time to explain what she found and made it very clear that we can do things at my own pace. The woman with the gray glasses, who did my x-rays, was so sweet and quick. Sam really helped me to understand my bill and low key gave me a little pep talk. And Christina was so nice, she scheduled my exam in like 5 seconds.

The staff genuinely seems like kind people! Not once did I feel judged or uncomfortable. Their office is completely out of the way for me, but it’s worth the drive. They took my insurance, but I’m pretty sure the cash pay exam price was pretty affordable. I’ll definitely be recommending this office to my friends and family 😁

Sharmane cleaned my teeth several days ago and I could not be happier. She did an amazing job! I regularly get my teeth cleaned every 6 months, but even with doing that, I can say my teeth haven’t felt this clean in years. I was very impressed and will definitely be back. My son had a similar experience. He had yellow tarter buildup on his bottom teeth that he had previously been told during past cleanings wouldn’t come off. But during this appointment they were able to get all of it off and he is extremely happy. 10/10 recommend.

I cannot be happier! Unfortunately, I had a bit of an incident on Christmas Eve and was trying to find an available dentist. I called here and I believe Amber answered and was super helpful and made things work for me. I didn’t even have my insurance card and she was able to look it up! That’s awesome service! The doctor/owner (trying not to butcher her name), was amazing. She took her time and wanted my smile to be perfect. I left with my chipped tooth looking better than ever! I’m so happy I found this place, that they were accommodating and very sweet to me. I wish I was in Vegas to have them be my go-to dental center!

Received a bill in the mail and called about the balance immediately in September. I had paid in full when I had owed at the time of the appointment and was wondering about this extra money. They said they would investigate and call me back in a couple days. The call never came. I called back almost a month later and I got the same answer, they would call me about the issue. They had said my deductible limit had been reached, and I replied that was impossible since this was the first occasion I had used the insurance. They said they would call back the next day to follow up and I never got the call. I reached out again a third time and was met with the same response, they would call me the next day. However, this did not happened, and I followed up for the third time. On this occasion, you can see I had called and was put on hold twice just to be hung up on after 10 minutes of waiting. They eventually picked up and the manager I was speaking to wasn't in, so they said they would follow back up. This call never came.
I called again yesterday, and they finally have an answer for why my insurance wasn't covering everything and was due to two procedures being done on the same day that my insurance didn't cover. The assistant manager then said that they had already waived $100s of dollar but this $46 bill was them being courteous.
Not only did they break their promise to follow up with me over a span of a month, I had wasted so much time reaching out to them about this issue. Overall, this experience was frustrating and the customer service was poor.

Dr. Estrada is the BEST dentist I have ever seen! He made me comfortable from beginning to end (even working past closing to finish the work). I'm someone who is TERRIFIED of the dentist and now I am looking forward to getting the rest of my dental work finished. The customer service at this office is top notch. Everyone I encountered made sure I was comfortable and willing to take the services as slow as I needed to keep my anxiety at bay. If you hate getting your mouth worked on as much as I do, you should give this office a try. I'm really glad I did.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation, gratitude and respect for the staff at Green Valley Smiles. Avonika did my scheduling with professionalism, flexibility and worked within my time frame and my availability. She was warm and friendly. The next person I met was my DA Ruby who expressed knowledge, professionalism and care. My Dentist Dr Hoyle in my opinion is a miracle worker, artist and possesses a natural ability to make a diagnosis quickly, thoroughly and with compassion and understanding of his pt’s needs. I had such a great experience today! Dr Estrada was so gentle and made my visit very pleasant. He made sure I was able to get my cleaning done-which was my main concern. Thank you doc! I appreciate you. Looking forward to my next visit.

Everyone here is absolutely amazing!! From the people working the front desk, all the assistants, and Dr. Chung and Dr. Valeyo. They explain everything, answering any and all questions, and make you feel so comfortable with the whole experience.They even make my 6year old feel at ease. Hands down the best dentist office I've ever been to!!

Doctor Chung is absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable and dedicated . Yesterday she took the extra time to review and explain my X-rays, and today she did for me the same-day computer-designed crown.
The office is modern , using advanced technology, everyone is kind and helpful, starting with the front desk.

Amazing experience! From the second I walked into the door, the energy was welcoming & ALL of the staff was phenomenal as well! Answering all of my questions & helping me to understand all of the dental lingo.
