If we could give a zero we would. I have coverage but of course they wanted us to pay more for cleaning, when declined upgraded service, with service that fitted with my coverage my son was made to feel uncomfortable and only had a minute cleaning of bottom few teeth, never even touched the top and said he was done. We were offered to come back to another dentist, why would I make my son go back there again. They should have done the right thing the FIRST time. What happened to health and caring about your patience, especially the younger ones?

I love this Radiant Smiles team so much! Everyone from Carol running things up front to Sarah the dental assistant and especially Dr. Azzam!! When I first met Dr. Azzam I told her that I hoped she was in this business to make people's lives better! She is and she has!! Today is my big reveal! I will leave my appointment tonight with a new set of upper and lower dentures. My smile on the outside will help reflect my beauty inside! The team never let me forget this! They have been patient and supportive and positive towards an outcome that I am so excited to have! Thank you to all who have been involved in my care! Love 👏 this 👏practice. We travel full-time and both my husband and I had previously been to a dentist in FL who said we had multiple cavities. We never had any pain or sensitivity. Dr. Lipman confirmed we had NO cavities. It’s scary how hard it is to trust dentists these days but I would trust Dr. Lipman whole heartedly. The girls at the front desk could not have been sweeter. Liked the staff at the cleaning so much I decided to have one of my ugly silver fillings replaced and he did a perfect job! Also, got us both in right away even during the holidays AND was a fraction of the cost of our old dentist. Could not recommend enough.

My experience at radiant smiles was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful, and got me checked in and seen by my doctor in a quick and efficient manner. The office is beautiful and clean and everyone is very attentive to the guests that enter. The whole experience was great and easy!

Specifically requested a tooth extraction. Got referred. Had x rays. Told them exactly what I needed. The receptionist ignored me, scheduled an exam on a day no oral surgeon worked, and they tried to bait and switch me. The dentist proceeded to treat me like a child when they made the mistake and rush us out because he wanted to go home early. This place is trash and the staff are liars and cheats.

I must say I am extremely impressed with this dental office. It is literally run by angels! The moment I walked in to the office, I felt a sense of calmness. The lobby was very welcoming and the facility was super clean. You are also greeted with the most amazing and friendliest staff members. Everyone was so helpful in assisting and preparing me for my procedure.

Dr. Ruiz was very professional and knowledgeable. I was provided with very thorough pre & post op instructions. He addressed all my questions and concerns and was very quick and effective with my wisdom teeth extraction.

Getting my wisdom teeth taken out was something I dreaded and have been avoiding for quite awhile. I held on to every ounce of pain and finally gave in and told myself to pull them out. I had all 4 taken out that day and now I don't even know why I waited so long. The process was seamless and I couldn't be more happy.

Hooray to me for finding a dental office I trust. I definitely highly recommend this place!

I’m a new patient at radiant smiles and so far my dental visits have been amazing! The staff is very genuine and attentive. Dr. Shahi has done a great job at walking me through every procedure and has always been very pleasant to interact with! Nick was great every time he checked me out and explained costs and follow up details. Awesome personality as well! Overall very pleased.

I've been to a few dentist and this is by far the best experience I had! I hate going to the dentist, especially because of my anxiety I get so nervous. This office was comforting beginning to end. The office was very clean and organized. The staff was wonderful from booking through my appointment. The dentist was very informative and gentle. He talked me through everything he was doing which helped me relax. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and bone put in. I would reccomend this office to all my friends. My kids will be coming here now as well.

Got a teeth whitening by Krystal. She was very professional and it all went very smoothly. Nick was great to help with scheduling appointment in a Saturday. Adrian Ruiz, DDS is an outstanding dentist. My experience with Radiant Smiles is always a 5/5. I highly recommend them all!

Satisfactory for any services rendered. However, I feel that they push very hard to upsell very expensive additional and unnecessary services. My brother-in-law (in the Midwest) is a dentist and confirmed this on three separate recommendations where I visited him and he did his own exam of my teeth.
UPDATE: Last visit they refused to clean my teeth unless I agreed to a $500 additional (uninsured) procedure. Suspicious that my teeth got so bad in 6 months?
